  1. Brilliant AJS - I've made the big mistake of watching just before heading to bed, if I was going to have trouble sleeping before I'm well and truly stuffed now - they should play this in the dressing room as part of the pre-match warm up
  2. FlyBe took out the Norwich to Glasgow route and the Edinburgh flight times don't work at the weekend so it's about 90 miles to Stansted - I'd happily walk it
  3. Yup 08:45 from Stansted with the two other Canary glory hunters - Counting House it is then
  4. Cup Final Checklist: Online check-in - Done Boarding pass printed - Done Airport parking booked - Done Car fuelled up - Done Cup Final ticket check - Done Alarm set for 4am - Done Sleep - plenty of time for that on Sunday
  5. Go fer it - always used to enjoy walking around Norwich city centre in my stripey top when Palace were playing at Carrow Road
  6. What time are you getting into the city center? I'm expecting to be there around 10 myself Flight gets into Glasgow at 10 so expect to be hitting a city centre pub about 11 - Counting House, Hoots and the Horseshoe all looking good, might just do all three...

Long, long overdue so hats off to the Yanks for seeing this one through. Hopefully or more of those in for questioning will do a deal and give up evidence to incriminate Blatter - I'm longing to see the the headline in the Sun 'Blatter on a platter'
  8. It's looking like the Montford and the Beechwood are likely to be booked out with the arriving coach parties, so any suggestions for a city centre venue for those of us flying in and getting the train out of Glasgow Central?
  9. Any arrangements being made for the fans not travelling down on the coaches? Will be plenty of us heading from all points of the compass wanting to meet up with old pals at the Montford...
  10. Silver lining... Gimme the Hammers please...I'd much rather have a cracking day out against quality premier league opposition than a tie with a 'dross' outfit in the back of beyond just to have a better chance of a Euro win. A wee bit further than Broughton from Chorley but I could nip down the A11 on my bike with my kilt blowing in the wind
  11. Not that optimistic about next week then? ...or the week after? ...on second thoughts I think that's PerthICT's prediction for the final
  12. Not that optimistic about next week then? ...or the week after?
  13. The last ever game at Brockville was the first ever arrival of the Highland Marchers - they treated us really well on what was big party day for them! Left me with fond memories of Brockville and the Falkirk fans and I'm delighted we're getting to share our first ever SC final day with them. Party time - bring it on...
  14. Calm down, calm down...
  15. Now that is impressive!!!
  16. I think I may need to be buying a new shirt after all - just dug out my favourite red and blue stripes and it's a bit (ahem) tight shall we say - well ok, I can't get it on!!!
  17. Huge, huge congratulations to everyone at the club - not just for the stunning achievement this season but for everyone's 21 years of hard graft and endeavour to get us to where we are today. Who in their wildest dreams could ever have imagined we'd have so much success in reaching these heights in such a short space of time with the resources we have at our disposal - amasing and truly fantastic achievement!!!
  18. Me and my 2 kids - they're 34 and 29 though so can I take them back after the game please?
  19. Tickets bought over the phone - got to choose which stand, which section and which row - all done and dusted within 3 minutes of picking up the phone. Great service and experience - well done to all at the ticket office - cheers
  20. Congratulations Yogi - hugely tremendous honour - we are delighted for you and you should be justifiably proud of a remarkable achievement
  21. You have a spreadsheet for that too? You are without doubt the statty king Gringo!!!
  22. Not nearly enough like so many emigrants and long distance fans - I can never understand how we can't attract more support locally and pull in 5000+ at every home game these days...
  23. How fabby!!! Be good to see you again Canary!! Still baldy and still tubby, I'm sure you'll recognise me - just in case, I'll be the one in red and blue - see you soon
  24. Deepest rural Norfolk... weekend shift swapped - flight from Stansted booked - hotel booked - we is coming!!!!!!
