I think so if you mean "major" competitions (ie - league, Scottish Cup, League Cup, Challenge Cup etc.) but they may have faced ICT before in some of the lesser things (Inverness Cup, North of Scotland Cup and all that lot). Not 100% sure though.

I see Gus McPherson has turned down the County job, and the rumour going round now is that Jimmy Calderwood is the new Ross County manager with Craig Brewster and Sandy Clarke as his assistants.

The sickeningly hypocritical thing for me is that John Reid has no problem calling for the resignation of someone over what they lied about. He's calling for the resignation of man who does a part time job on weekends that involves taking control of a game...a game, not life and death. If this is so important to Mr Reid then why didn't he resign when he, and the rest of his cronies lied about why we went into Iraq? Something that has cost over a million lives and yet, by the sounds of things, the former is the thing that keeps him up at night. Sure, the referee lied and then covered it up, but it sounds a lot like somebody else to me.

Both. History has shown us, that ICT always, without a shadow of a doubt do better when they play attacking football, using speedy effective wingers and keeping the ball on the deck. There's no two ways about it.

If it were true that people were being targeted, then I would be top of the bad reputation list. Funnily enough though, IMO should you look at the two reputation tables, they actually come out with a pretty accurate list of who we should and shouldn't bother listening to.

Scotland got what they deserved and were quite rightly beaten. I read Jim McLean's column in the Daily Record yesterday and he says that now he's 71, he reckons he'll never see Scotland at a major finals again. To be quite honest I wouldn't be surprised if someone aged 21 will never see Scotland at a major finalsagain! Certainly not playing by 4-6-0, that's for sure.

I would also go on to say, it would be possible to replace players such as Rooney or Hayes or Esson etc, but to replace a player like Foran would be very difficult indeed. He's the kind of player every team needs, and the sort a good team always has.

Agreed, when ICT don't have him in the team, they ain't half as good. It'll interesting to see how many folk go for Rooney, while he scores a lot of goals, without Hayes and Foran round him, he never seems quite as good.

No-one was "slagging him off", rather giving their view and at times accurate opinion that couple of his performances weren't very good. Yes they did. Tbh he's playing as good now as he has all sesson, I got accused of being his mate n only bugging him up for that reason... fail. If it is my post you referring then you are, as I have already explained, incorrect. Go back and check what I wrote, and should you read it properly, you will see.
