  1. Any idea how many we've sold so far? Hearing Aberdeen have sold their initial allocation of 37k which is quite remarkable, can see the piggery being turned into a sea of red as they appear to be asking for more tickets Don't want to be too negative but can't help but think with backing like that they will start on the front foot Dougal
  2. Looks like we've got a Val Doonican wannabe amongst us Dougal
  3. Hypocrisy at its best you claim nobody deserves to lose their team but the formation of ICT created that very scenario, think you should maybe start thinking before you post Whether you like it or not ICT need County in the same league and County need ICT it would be financially detrimental to both clubs should County be relegated Any set of fans would want their derby each season only a half wit would think differently Dougal
  4. It's a Cup Final ffs there is no need for a singing section the whole ICT end should be singing Dougal
  5. Fair enough Alex but then would still be missing the blood sucking leach Dougal
  6. Well it's certainly better than yer alleged Irish folk song you and all your mates have been downloading in the last few weeks to get it in the charts Dougal
  7. Lol we all know why you sympathise with them, if we are being honest early kick offs and as a result travelling issues affects the majority of top teams in this country due to live TV No one team is being singled out although it might feel like that sometimes Dougal
  8. I don't entertain this lack of buses rubbish, if the demand is there buses from all around Scotland can be called on if needed Any smaller club that reaches a final would have to go to more than one bus company and would have to look a lot further than their local outfit Funny how Inverness Reds have managed to source a number of buses going by their website Dougal
  9. Common sense at last, now every ICT will now have an unrestricted view of the game unlike a minority of Dons fans Dougal
  10. Well said, the only way Caleyjagsforever should have their logo emblazoned on the flag is if it had been their idea and they were paying for it themselves The sight of the thistle badge is offensive enough alone without any extra add ons Dougal
  11. Surprised but delighted the appeal was successful normally it's only the old firm who win these appeals in my opinion Huge boost for the final Dougal
  12. Aye you can go short sleeved to the final in fact you will be able to frequent all yer old boozers on the gallowgate in a safe and friendly environment Dougal
  13. From memory is it not a bit ironic CC having a go at the current following being so poor yet twenty years ago he was telling everyone how good a support ICT were going to have Dougal
  14. Can't see the Derry Rhumba boys being happy ditching Bomber with a ex Celtic man somehow Dougal
  15. Why? Is he known to the BTP as well!!! It would be great if there was a football special going to the final, going back many years football specials were common and were my favourite mode of transport and it added to a great day out Sadly these days though they would probably be dry trains due to the minority of bams who spoil it for everyone Dougal
  16. A card display would look good at the Final, it looks very impressive when done right and adds that little bit to the occasion Dougal
  17. Surely a bit more detail on the type/design of flag is required before folk can decide whether to donate or not!! 12th man I'm not for one minute indicating you would purchase a massive Union Jack with ICT on it but a section of our support seem to let's say favour it to other designs Dougal
  18. With the final likely to be held in Glasgow it's likely that anyone who wants a ticket could get one due to the seats available How many do we think we could actually muster to the final? Let's look at what County did they took 7k to their semi against Celtic at hampden at a similar kick off time to ourselves, so we failed quite considerably by taking less than 1700 to Easter Road if were are to make comparisons Now they also took 17k to their final albeit with fans that probably never go to County games but it's still the figure that will be banded about and comparisons made I personally think at best we could maybe muster 10k but if I'm being honest I think we are looking at the 6-7k mark The difference I see is there are as many Invernessians in Inverness and elsewhere that would prefer ICT to lose than win hence the poorer support Dougal
  19. Wow I had a look at hmfckickback there are some amount of roasters on there Nothing but orcs that can't afford the bus fare to Glasgow I feel sorry for all the other sets of fans from the championship next season who have to endure both the full fat and diet orcs Dougal
  20. I think ibrox will be the chosen venue as well. As much as I detest the Orcs I think it would generate a better atmosphere as the piggery is too big and it won't sell out I reckon we will see 30k Dons fans and possibly 6-7k of our fans which is not anywhere capacity but it would look better in Ibrox Anyway it should keep the likes of Fraz happy Dougal
  21. I personally don't think there is a problem with Aberdeen certainly not aware if any animosity anyway Regarding the comment about us not being liked. I reckon that's something to do with the way the club is perceived i.e a franchised club along the lines of Ferranti Thistle or Gretna Only time will take this tag away from us we should remember 20 years is relatively nothing in football years Dougal
  22. Great shame it won't be at Hampden due to the commonwealth games It doesn't matter if it's castle greyskull or the piggery the waft of bigotry and sectarianism will be in the air regardless. Not sure what the stewards will say but I'm going to take a cushion or a protective cover with me to put on the seat Dougal
  23. Still in the capital and still half cut. My train not till the afternoon so a greasy breakfast and a hair of the dog pint for me. Amazing game something we might never experience again what with going down to ten men and neither were red cards Other than the numbers we took down there was no negatives other than the two sending offs but surely we can see if the can be overturned if we appeal both Anyway I'm off for that pint God bless us Dougal
  24. To be honest I think it's a little sad that fans are looking for pubs to start drinking at 9am on a Sunday morning, now I'm not having a go at fellow ICT fans here as Hearts fans will no doubt be doing the same but it does reflect quite badly on Scottish Society when some fans can't attend the game no matter what time it is without being inebriated I'm not saying I'm tee total far from it and I will probably have one maybe two pints before the game myself but if I over indulge it will be later on in the day celebrating or drowning my sorrows Dougal
  25. Nerves are a good thing there would be something far wrong if we all thought it was a simple matter of turning up We need to turn up respecting the opposition despite the fact that they nearly all are plooky kids, one thing for sure is for being so young they will have little or any fear but they will also be nervous and rightly so Semi finals are usually about who starts better that way said nerves are eradicated quicker Dougal
