  1. was gilks in goal at the weekend when they shipped 6 goals? if he is....heaven help us!!!!!
  2. i know that old firm fans aren't all scum, but they do have a large number that are. i was verbally abused (and i mean disgustingly) on the way home. and the morons who did it, it seems that i' didn't even try to pretend they were weegie tubes. local accents!!!!! it seems that i'm a pr**k cos i support my local team and not that shower of soap dodgers. best fans in the world my a**e!!!!!!!
  3. i couldn't agree more. esson saved us from a hammering yesterday. i still don't understand why aberdeen (not that i'm complaining) let him go. a far better goalie than langfield and he makes the scotland squad fairly regularly.
  4. Aberdeen :_shocked2:
  5. i wouldn't be surprised if he was offered a place on the parkhead board. perfectly placed for when it goes t**ts up for neil leprachaun.
  6. MUST DISAGREE!!!! SAW VAN AT THE IRONWORKS... JUMPED UP IGNORANT LITTLE TROLL. THERE'S MORE CHARISMA IN MY BIG TOE AND THAT HAS A FUNGAL INFECTION . SAW THE BOSS AT HAMPDEN..... 3 HOURS OF PURE GENIUS. NO DEBATE!!!!!!

  8. having seen a few of your posts, you seem to have a problem with the muppets. i thought everyone loved the muppets.
  9. Probably depends which of his passports you are looking at - come to think of it, Israel has a track record when it comes to faking EU passports! ooh!!! someones being watching newsnight.....
  10. oh god!!!! little girls and their money are easily parted.... karaoke at cawdor anyone?
  11. while i am inverness born and bred, i'm ashamed to say that i've just bought my 1st season ticket. i'm an absolute disgrace!!!! i should have signed up years ago
  12. john telford macintosh & lewis budweiser!!!!
  13. if the 25000 glory hunters that went to hampden turned up at tannadice every fortnight, he might be able to balance the books. it isn't fans of other clubs responsibility to pay the inflated wages of their team.
  14. big country- wonderland. LIVE!!!!!!!!!!! damn, they were good.
  15. In terms of coverage it was extremely poor and to not even have a picture of the trophy being lifted was ridiculous, it doesn't matter if we won the league with two games to go or not it still warrants at least a picture especially if you take into account that Livingston won the Third Division before their final game of the season but even they got a picture in the Winner (not quite the full team but still a picture) It is even more baffling when you look at todays Sun and we're spread over page 10/11 which no one has picked up on yet. If you get the chance go and buy one, you'll be able to use these, if you can't get one let me know and I'll post it onto you for your scrapbook for your grandson this alone should set alarm bells ringing at traynor towers. an english paper with more widespread coverage of scottish football than the record!!!! what a joke... if i want to read about ict, i have to emulate my grand parents and read the p&j and the sunday post. there's more chance of trophy lifting pics in the peoples friend than the record. it's not fair to call it the daily ranger as it has equal coverage of both of the ugly sisters, and far too much at that. never mind, hopefully the courier will do something special tomorrow.
  16. So that'll be two quid for a match ticket then ... plus a ?30 "turnstile fee" .... plus another ?20 for a programme... ?30 parking fee within 5 miles of the stadium... another ?50 to get your car out of the car park again.... ?10 team lines announcement fee... ?15 for a hot dog... ?25 for a drink.... ?5 to go to the toilet (each time).... a ?100 supplement for cup ties that go to extra time.... ?40 extra if the undersoil heating is on.... etc etc.... BACK IN THE SPL.... PRICELESS!!
  17. yeah, you would think don lawson at johnny foxes would organise something! oh! sorry, i forgot, he's hooked up with the county bandwagon.... ha, ha, ha, ha!!!!
  18. if it has to be leftovers from rock 4 life, i hope it isn't that miserable git donnie munro!!!! now if it's steve harley, he could sing "come up and see me (in the spl)" to any dee fans with the nerve to show up.
  19. i don't know if this has been posted anywhere else but is this a record? 7-0 win with 7 different scorers!!!!! if it isn't a record, it must be very close to one. brilliant performance!!!!! let's prove we're worthy champions and do the same to scumdee next week
  20. was the gaffer down at the crossroads doing a deal with diablo? thats the devil, not the red wine!!!!!
  21. falkirk for me, but only cos pressley is such an erse!!!
  22. this started a few years back when stv swallowed up grampian tv. a lot of people said then that it would be the end of regional content on the box. even they couldn't have foreseen how bad it has become. the opt out for regional news on north tonight consists of aberdeen and the highlands or dundee and tayside!!! ffs the highlands warrants a news programme of its own considering the size of the area. unfortunately, commercial pressure just leads to substandard media content and now the highlands are treated as an afterthought. case in point: mfr; a once proper local radio station swept up by a media giant and now is so bland it could be any station in the uk!! rant over... C'MON THE CALEY!!!!!!!!
  23. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE
  24. Wasn't it called the Telford Bakery too ? It was owned by Francis Gordon Harper and supplied the locally based armed forces with bread during World War 2. His son, Frank, won the Military Cross for bravery in the Mau Mau campaign in Kenya in the 1950s. Frank went on to become a councillor and magistrate. the bakery was still operating into the late 70's. the smell of the freshly baked bread stays with me til this day!!!!! Mmmmmm.. It was run by the dad of an old school friend of mine, TAKE A BOW, MR. RICHARD BARTNICZEK!!!!
  25. back in the seventies, (can't remember exact year) i met martin buchan at the clach park. there was a uefa youth tournament on at the time and i think he was up scouting. i got his autograph but, goodness knows where it is now. also, when i was about 14 i got my photo taken with bobby clark, also in the clach park. the picture takes pride of place in the back of the cupboard!!!
