I would caution getting caught up with correlation vs causation on dates. Especially pertinent for a role which would require some post season work/tidying up. It was also stated by the club that he was leaving to pursue other opportunities in the game. That would suggest he was free to do so or had something lined up. It certainly doesn't give any indication of gardening leave, continued payment or any restriction on him taking other employment. It's murky whichever way you view it.
  3. I had noted that Yngwie thanks, they won't be counted.
  4. Gardiner and Big Dunc must know their coats are on shoogly pegs when the blue rinses have turned against them. Not 100% convinced self entitlement route is the way to go though. Gardiner and Dunc it’s time you start packing yer bags. Dougal
  5. Presumably the pre- arranged date to sign on in Dungwall ?
  6. I see that somebody has given Ridgers their 5, 3 and 1 points. Sympathy vote.
  7. But not the main two we are asking to be removed. Personally, I want Gardiner and Ferguson gone as they manage the day-to-day activities on and off the field. They have no loyalty to the club beyond that of employer and employee (and that's both fine and fair). The chairman on the other hand has 'skin in the game'. He was an ICT supporter long before he was chairman and is one of those dipping his hand in his pocket. Both of those facts complicate any call for his head ... However, he himself may feel he has to fall on his sword as the head of the board that employed the aforementioned pair in the same way that Kenny Cameron did when we were relegated from the Premiership.

The journalist wouldn’t know or care what type of contract he was under - and in either contract type he is still under contract until expiry of the gardening leave so we can’t conclude from that alone. If he was on a fixed term contract it would surely have been set to expire at the end of a season, not 9th June. 9th June is exactly 7 months from 9th November when he was relieved of his duties, implying an agreed/negotited notice period.
  9. Today
  10. Last chance to vote tonight.
  11. We deserve to be treated so much better Liz. I'm also with you. No money going anywhere near that man Away days only it is
  12. Try and chill out Lizi. Put your feet up, pour yerseif a dram and enjoy an entertaining read - which I would personally recommend.
  13. The only reason we still have a club today is because some of those clowns you are catcalling are personally footing the bills. As far as whether we have a club tomorrow it depends on what bills we can pay then. I'd rather keep the people paying and get rid of the people playing and managing at this point. But the board also have to protect their investment and minimise their losses by improving performance, player development and customer satisfaction as these are all revenue streams. The failures in these 3 areas are a concern for everyone at the club.
  14. Aye, the one responsible will still hang on to his job. If he had an ounce of decency he would resign but he hasn't ... and he has a track record for this kind of behaviour. Nothing but a self-serving scum bag. First home game of the new season let's appear in numbers tell him what we think of him ... and then boycott until he is gone.
  15. Spot on. Only way out is with a decent team and a decent manager. Sadly we are lacking on both counts. If we save some money by booting Gardiner then we might be able to afford a manager with some experience. Taking the cheap option and hiring rookies has got us in this mess.
  16. Sounds like something Robbo would do.
  17. I don’t think it’s where we are that’s the issue
  18. You won't have a club to support at this rate. Get the clowns out at the top and we might survive. Support them and let them just carry on ... and there will be no club!
  19. You'll be wasting your money. It'll be more of the same until change happens at the top.
  20. Looking at the statement “Dear Caley Jags “ as the statement starts , does this just not smell of Scot Gardiner releasing this ? Certainly looks like something this fool would put out on behalf of his double act Morrison . Playing all iCT fans for fools they think .But fans have been bitten and will not lie down and forgive . Trying to save your battery farm Investment by trying to stay attached to ICT to try use the folk of Inverness will not work .Pair of clowns who between them are not fit to manage.
  21. Tbh, we'd all do the same wouldn't we, regardless of love (or maybe lack of) for the club, you would accept it and would definitely be laughing about it especially when you are freelancing all over the place at the same time.
  22. I think the whole situation is getting to me because for once I actually agree with you, someone knock some sense into me again Genuinely though, I think and fear that there's a lot more to come and a lot more that we'll never know about until it's possibly too late.
  23. I will be renewing my season ticket . As usual after the early bird price reduction has finished. I am happy to give club my full support wherever we are.

Going by the article he was contracted.
  25. A friend of Robbo's was telling me a few week's back that he was laughing at the fact ICT were paying him for doing nothing. I thought he was talking past tense, clearly not!
  26. Don't get me wrong I know there is a lot to discuss and consider following the events of last week. However the statement yesterday was a non event. Sure something released on Sunday along the lines of "This was certainly not the plan and relegation is a disappointment to us all. Over the next days and weeks we will come together as a club, discuss, formulate and strategies before we make further comment. We thank you for your support, and we will return to you with answers etc soon." At the moment we no nothing. I suspect the staff and remaining players know very little too. A club who has become so disjointed within that breweries and **** ups come to mind
  27. Cant afford the luxury of passengers next season who will only play 50% of the league games. Apart from the budget issues it does nothing for continuity and a settles starting line up - we are unlikely to have a packed schedule where we need that level of squad rotation. Need to avoid guys who get injured looking at artificial pitches - we know the situation so should be preparing for it accordingly.
