Bit harsh to ask us and Dumbarton to play two games in one day.

Yer right, I forgot the 1st legs of the play-offs start that day - well if it doesn't go ahead tomorrow we'll be having to squeeze in a Thursday night game before the 28th - let's hope the combined garden forks of the Dumbarton faithful do the trick!

If we do make the playoffs the players will be blowing out their backsides

Potential fixture farce looming if not played tomorrow night then.

Whilst our players will have one day's less rest before taking on Dunfermline.

That's my worry - might actually not be a bad thing if it was off tomorrow too....although who knows when this game would be played then!

That postponement might have worked to our advantage. With Falkirk winning tonight, Dumbarton can no longer hope to avoid the relegation play off place so might be just a little less motivated.

I was thinking just that....but we probably need to strike early

How many times can a game be postponed before its completely called off? What would happen if that was the case?

You could start with Inverness Thistle's 29 postponements v Falkirk at Kingsmills in the Scottish Cup in 1979.... and that still went ahead!

and, well before half time, many of us were wishing it hadn't !

So I am led to understand - but those of you who were patient enough to wait for another six years.......

Oh well, with Falkirk winning last night the postponement maybe wasn't so bad. It now means Dumbarton cannot catch Falkirk and will hopefully go into this with nothing to win. Saying that though, strangely we always play better against the better teams that press us hard on the day

Sevco or Celtic (or both) would be given three points.

Can we forget about the 'wee team' paranoia and focus on securing the three points we need to keep our faint hopes of an immediate return to the Premiership alive.

No team news yet?
