hopefully just rested, he sort of rushed back and didn't seem to perform to his norm last time out.

He didnt look ready on Sat so hopefully they are bringing him back in a managed way.

No really a surprise that that's our turnout. It's a 468 mile round trip (minus the diversion in Perth for the leg stretch). The SPFL really need to get their act together when it comes to tuesday night games, should really be the closest teams that are tuesday night games, not one that will result in the away fans not getting back until the wee hours...

Could it not be 41 as we are not that far away and taking interest whilst dining ?

You are right Jack but with football the fans are the last people they considder!

I feel guilty so I may sneak out the pudding - Pressed Caramel Apple Terrine with Nut Crumble, Treacle Crumb, Blackberries, Salted Caramel, Vanilla Ice Cream and Black Berry Sorbet - and dish out at the Hole in the Wall - in memory of the Dumfries 19.

Looking at the Championship table as it currently stands, it is difficult to fathom how we could get only 1 point out of a possible 9 in the recent games against the bottom 3 Morton, Alloa and Partick. Knowing our propensity for losing late goals, we need another goal here to make the points safe.

Great result. Top 4 all won but we had one of the toughest fixtures tonight.

A rare away day for me!  Great to get the 3 points but a generally scrappy game. Both sides had periods of pressure but the difference was that we took our chances and Queens didn’t. They really need to find a decent striker- that Dobbie’s sh*te. 

For anyone wondering, the next away day is to Arbroath on the 9th, which is considerably better priced (and timed)

And we made more noise than the Bridge End on a good day. 

Another good battling performance. We didn't ever have control of the game apart from a couple of spells either side of the opening goal but we were a threat on the break throughout. Trafford played well and Carson was excellent alongside him. Flashes of brilliance from McGregor, but he struggled with the physicality of the game at times. Really well taken goals, Toddy lashed his home with the last kick if the ball. 

We're still in touch at the top. Win on Saturday and we start dreaming again.
