I'd change all the seats in the north stand for red and black ones  :001:

Integrate the club shop into the stadium building, making it bigger and more fitting to a club with aspirations of becoming a top 6 SPL club.

Or have a club shop in town.

the singing - we need MORE of it, I have faith that all the young-uns i'm seeing at the home games will be joining in the chants in a few years, that'd be something, imagine going to a game and drowning out the OF??? Okay well i can dream at least

i would change the fans. larger in numbers and much more vocal home and away .

The one thing i would like to change would be the main stand - no, not face it out to sea, but complete the ends to give proper protection from north winds to all in that stand and make it look a proper stadium!

I'd go for getting a great atmosphere every week with everyone singing.

I'd have sausage roll & pie-sellers & drink sellers wandering round the ground during the match like they do at baseball matches. Not only would club takings go up, but you would have a half decent chance of getting some food without missing ten minutes of the second-half standing in the queue at the serveries.  :014:
