  1. Grateful thanks to everyone who spared considerably more than an hour today. Great fun, great craic and you all helped raise funds for Caley Jags Together. Even spotted a couple of CTO's finest as well as Bannerman on a bike. Thanks again all.

  2. Despite winning 7 out of 9 I think it's time to change the formation and players...

  3. This. I'd like to see Polworth and Christie get some game time too. Local players, and all that.

  4. Great to see so many volunteers at the CJT water station. Couldn‘t have run that today without yerself and other volunteers help. Much appreciated. This is what it‘s all about. Caley Thistle contributing to the community with such events. Makes the whole point of having a professional football team in Inverness even more worth while. Togetherness :)

  5. I was in Auchterarder one afternoon the other week and was going to try and blag a tenner from the chippie but it was closed, Not only do ICT give them a fortune for Fish suppers, Mr B is always promoting them on the radio.

  6. Noticed this tonight........and thought, given the almost irrational thumbs-ups and "woohoos" from pro-Union supporters re any and every non-representative poll in existence.which supposrs their view of things......it was worth noting. Got to get a bit of fun into this current gobsmackingly boring, biased pro-union controlled media debate so .http://modernscotsman.com/vote-yes-or-no-7-day-random-poll-for-scottish-independence/. is my offer. 92% for yes...read it and weep CB and Yngwie! I'm on twitter, tbh...but have to say I didn't vote in it.....because, having spent as much time trying to reduce my tweets to 140 characters as I do to produce an essay on here(as in hours)......I have only ever made one tweet......so I am in it but not of it.....if you understand me. .and just stalk my grandchildren on it now!

  8. Surely, for full time professionals, three games in ten days is not excessive. Personally, I don't see an issue.

  10. Why do folks leave their houses so late then blame traffic for being late? I left the black isle just about 2pm crossing the bridge at about 2.10pm with no queue or wait then parked walked to the stadium and was there by 2.45pm - is there a reason folks try to time arriving at 2.57pm for a 3pm k.o. all the time? I also walked across the a9 and didn't think I might die which was nice, only took 4 games for the police to realise this could be a serious incident waiting to happen.

    • Kelty Hearts Training Statement
What a farce we have become, a laughing stock: Did you hear the one about the footbal team from the Highlands of Scotland that want to train at Cowdenbeath? Unfortunately, unlike our board, this is not a joke. Our board are trying to rip our identity from the Highlands and replace it with shared training at Kelty Hearts. I kid you not, this is not a drill and the clowns that run our club appear to be delighted at this coup.

    • Relegation Statement
RELEGATION STATEMENT: This could have been said ten minutes after our defeat to Hamilton three days ago. So far, this is not the news that we on Caley Thistle Online wanted to hear. Pleased that we will still function as a club, disappointed that resignations have not been offered yet. Keeping fans waiting in silence for three days is unforgivable and relationships are drifting further apart than ever before. Silence is not the way forward, we deserve better as fans.

    • Inverness CT 2-3 (3-5) Hamilton - Play off final (relegation)
RELEGATED: Despite Inverness needing to get off the mark quickly, it was Accies that killed the tie inside the first fifteen minutes with strikes from Kevin O'Hara and Lewis Smith. Cammy Kerr reduced the leeway with a good strike from distance, but O'Hara struck again with a penalty before the break to diffuse the revival. We struggled to create anything of note and this reporter could not stomach any more and left the stadium. I'm told Alex Samuel pulled a goal back in stoppage time, but like the rest of the season it was too little too late.

    • Hamilton 2-1 Inverness CT - Play off final 1st Leg
A better showing from Inverness in the second half, especially with Lawal and Pepple on the park but it's Hamilton that take a one goal advantage up the A9 on Saturday. Lawal has been the standout performer in our last few games and surely he must start on Saturday. Pepple also did well, scored the goal, had an effort saved and got in a few balls across the box from tight positions.

Still, a shocker of a first half and we must be up for it from the start on Saturday.
