  1. 4530. Really thought there would be more. A hoped for honeymoon after last weekend's heroics and against 2nd place local rivals also riding high. Not quite sure what it'll take to engage more local interest in our fab team. Would be great if some of the fans that come out for the big cup days could be enthused enough to make it more regular.
  2. France. My first Inverness match in 'real'. I think I will be the only French in Hampden.

  4. I definitely sympathise with this position tbh. Mixed feelings tbh but I would love a Caleyaway section.
  5. Seems to be a few dudes flying in from all over the world. I may be an ersehole but I love meeting up with the world wide faithful. SIGN IN please.
  6. Careful though-their centre forward looks like he can take care of himself.
  7. Plus more money in the kitty for replacement players and renewing contracts.
  8. A bit harsh there Lawrence. Playing against the wind did have an effect on either side but to say we didn't look fit??????
  9. Administrative error I believe. Or possibly a huge anti - Highland conspiracy? You decide.[/quote I think you should write a letter....
  10. Je crains que vous peut être erroné. Je soupçonne qu'il y aura plus que deux cuisses de grenouilles il se nourrissant des escargots en baguettes de la Burger fourgonnettes

Not sure how he can still be "unfit" !! It is more a case of him adapting to the Scottish game and our style of play. I am beginning to sway towards keeping him. He will probably always make mistakes and look clumsy. I suspect that he has never been "a worker" and he tires in games becos of the effort he has to put in to fit in to our style. He will learn in time how to pace himself. BUT he really does have an eye for goals and that is what we have been missing this year.

Can't argue with his record, despite still being unfit. We should try to keep him: if you're most potent attacking weapon is crosses from full-backs, he has the right style of game.
  13. I have no doubts about big Eddie, ok his touch and perhaps his distribution skills aren't the best (but these will be worked on) but he holds the ball up well and certainly knows where the goal is. I think he's been a great signing.
  14. I'm not a massive fan of crowd wanking but the home crowd was pretty poor in terms of turnout. I thought it looked around 4,500. A far cry from the 7,000 + turnouts we used to get v Aberdeen. Shame really as it's those who aren't there who are generally missing out.
  15. Great play in the first half left me thinking are we the best team in Scotland. We cut them open time and time again with neat play, which got a bit slacker in the 2nd half when they equalized. I think there are certain players who are still improving with each game so Im not too worried whos behind us just yet. This season should be a very wealthy one for the club and the extra money for 3rd spot would be the icing on the cake.
  16. Should not have lost that. Strange subs from Hughes: Ross and Christie played well. Well done to the sheep for their support for Josh Meekings! Next week's games massive now.
  17. Ed. City 1 Brora 1. That Grant Munro's twice the player he was when he left us. Makes TopSix and ICTChris look slim. Equaliser from Martin McLean with 10 mins to go means it's all to play for next week at Dudgeon Park.
  18. Is it just me but I would prefer it to be the faithful / loyal. With little allowance for letting people sit together you often can end up surrounded by people that you have never seen before and may never do again. This was even irritating at the semi final with the decision to leave a gap between two elements of our support.
  19. So the incident was outwith the jurisdiction of the CO. Seems a pretty elementary thing to check before going down this route. Looks like the SFA hoped we'd just suck it up and take their attempt to appease Celtic. Makes the position of the Current CO untenable in my opinion, as he clearly doesn't understand the scope of his powers or the protocols to which he needs to adhere.

In an interview with STV Ryan saying he wants to stay at Inverness and learn his trade despite interest from down south. Old head on young shoulders and very refreshing to hear.
  21. Yeah, I did wonder about that season Sneckboy when I heard the stat. I wondered if they just meant top flight seasons? It's not good enough - 5 points off the mark. Hughes must go... Man I loved that 96/97 season! Also to this day my favourite ICT top.
