  1. Well he is staying on as my feckin signature, He reminds me of the young Barry Robson and the stick that he got at the off. This lad has huge potential and as I have alluded to many times before he is a natural centre forward who is learning his trade in the feckin SPL in a position he probably does not favour but, at the present time, it fits in to our system. That is a big learning curve for a young man but will favour him in the long run. He also has been more limited to sub appearances of late and it can be difficult for the most seasoned professional to come on and change a game with 15 - 20 minutes to go. He had to bear the brunt of some clowns TEAM frustration yesterday but again he will grow a better player for that. Many fear losing McKay but I fink that my wee pal Rastamouse could fill the goal scoring centre forward role IN TIME.
  2. I am just glad that the rate of criminality in the Highlands has fallen to such a minimal rate that the police have time to concentrate on such harmless, trivial matters.
  3. should the 'caley jags together' or trust or whatever not be working on behalf of the supporters, to give the supporters a say in what is deemed acceptable and not, to sing against county?
  4. Don't rate him at all. Would not be disappointed if he left. He adds little value. Would rather see one on of younger players get a chance to step up. He is a nice guy though.
  5. OTJ FORAN G.SHINNIE REGURO MCKAY A.SHINNIE TB This would be a great birthday present for any ICT fan. He's in the middle of creating a Conner Pepper and David Raven will be on soon Please give feedback? Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/jamie.r.buchanan.9
  6. This is the first time since our elevation to the SPL that I personally have not had some lingering fear of relegation at the turn of the year. Congratulations and many thanks to Terry, Mo and all the boys. If the second half of the season is anything like as successful and entertaining as the first I will be a very contented Jaggie indeed.
  7. Dingwall are such a diddy club.
  8. Wouldnt you think the Staggies herdsmen could cope with a bit of rain deer!
  9. I agree, well said. Content

As part of a clean up of my desk at work this afternoon I came across an old programme. It was for the game on the 22nd January 2011 against Hamilton Accies. Of the 24 man squad listed only six are in the current squad: 1) Ryan Esson 2) Richie Foran 3) Gavin Morrison 4) Nick Ross 5) Shane Sutherland 6) Graeme Shinnie Within eighteen months the squad that had gotten us out of the first division the previous season was virtually rebuilt with the 'where are they now club' (actually some of them found their way to Canada, New Zealand, Turkey, Kazhikstan and Dingwall) consisting of: 1) David Proctor 2) Ross Tokely 3) Stuart Duff 4) Stuart Golabek 5) Lee Cox 6) Eric Odhiambo 7) Russel Duncan 8) Adam Rooney 9) Jonny Hayes 10) Jonny Tuffey 11) Grant Munro 12) Chris Innes 13) Roy McBain 14) Gil Bluhmenstein 15) Max Johnson 16) Dani Sanchez 17) Kevin McCann 18) Kenny Gillet Apart from one or two who may have moved for a better pay package I cannot think of any above who have bettered themselves on the football front. How things have changed....
  11. Nice touch yesterday that all SPL clubs marked the 5th anniverary of Phil O donnells death :clapping: :clapping:
  12. 100% keep him on. We always lose players and we need to look to signing players to replace them straight away. IMO, moves like this will help with transition rather than losing all our players in June and replacing them in a busy pre season and rush signing, get them in before we lose the bigger players, right now I think we're in the best position we have ever been. We have a very talented first choice squad, and one or two who will almost certainly move on, but we already have replacements waiting in the wings, like pepper, cooper, Laing etc. this will reduce the amount of pre season "rush signing" the team will know each other better etc. Focus on the present but always keep one eye on the future.
  13. You guys forgetting the perfect crosses in for Foran to score with his head, or the assist at Celtic park?
  14. 1 more game, hopefully take 3 points from it, then the players get some well earned rest and get to go see their families, hopefully when they come back theyll be replenished and ready to push for a european place.
  15. Luke, thanks for this. I'll raise the matter at the next board meeting and endeavour to take the matter to the club. I'll update wheen I can.
  16. Dee, I think its actually a sledgehammer that Northern Constabulary have little or no right to wield. In doing this, they have insinuated that there is a problem of racism that exists in the fan base of both sides but in using the expression "traveller" they have apportioned blame to our side of the "banter". It would be utterly impossible to prosecute anyone for using the expression "tink" in that it has been in scots vernacular usage for years, so it's us they are targetting. This law was created to combat the worst excesses of glaswegian bigotry, which prompted hatred and violence. There is no history of that in our derby and there never will be. Up until Celtic fans showed why the police should be involved at times by their behaviour at Dens, there had been 30 arrests at scottish grounds this year - NOT ONE of which was for either an ICT or a County fan. Problem? Don't think so. I don't actually see what complaints could or would have been made to prompt this premature intervention given that the nature, manner and content of the banter between these two sides is well known. Is it just po faced plod getting in there first? Thoughts....
  17. You're totally missing the point. Why should clubs have to go to the expense of meeting legislation that does not, and does not need to, exist? Surely the argument is, quite simply, that you don't actually need to have a seat at all... never mind one that costs 5 times more and is not being put in so it can be used as a seat since people want to stand!!!
  18. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Get%20thee%20to%20a%20nunnery http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/philistine If the cap fits ! You come on to a public web site you are particulary rude. You show no respect to the people who set up this forum, they provided a platform for discussion If you do not wish to discuss it is particulary rude to yawn and make fun of the poster I come from a different generation to you ( I think) where we had to work long hours, we had poor schooling, we did not have the oportunies that people have today, but most of all we were taught to respect older people
  19. True....and I don't think Dargo has scored since, either!
