I think you are being a tad harsh on young Horner. He's come into the side in difficult circumstances and has done pretty well on the whole. There is no reason why he can't develop into a good squad player. He certainly doesn't lack for effort and that was rewarded with a late goal in his last game. And he does have a better strike rate than Lopez!

Stokes may be a bit of a bellend but I think he would be a brilliant addition, he guarantees goals. If we get Stokes in, and maybe another player with a bit of pace and skill out wide, I'd be really optimistic about our chances of finishing in the top 4.

That was quite a goal! First time I've seen it - a sweet left-foot shot from some distance! I'd forgotten to look at the goals from that game, as intended - after, (I think) Mantis's post on here saying he'd been at the game and Baptie's goal was a cracker. Yes, it was Mantis, I remember now, as he also posted some photos. I don't know who plays for Wick, but I looked-up who the no.3 was that lost the ball - a player called Gary Manson. He seems to be Mr Wick Academy according to their website, who report he's been a regular with them for 16 consecutive seasons! And that was then...question when the player profiles were last updated!

Likewise, only saw a breif glimpse but offered nothing, Mutumbo is another who although he has an exciting name does nothing in his fleeting appearances - he runs about a lot but nowhere near the ball and never towards it.
