It might not be or he/she might not be good at it but that is no excuse to mock.

I reckon the fact that dressing room harmony has been restored makes whatever wedge of cash Yogi walked away with money well spent.

Totally agree. We don't know the extent of his/her disabilities

Hopefully Ward gets a red card, OFW comes on to save the penalty and then makes some more amazing saves to secure the win and become a hero, we then accept a £2m offer for him on Monday and promptly re-sign Dean Brill.

Yup. Based on what Raven says Hughes wanted him out long ago. He continuously falls out with players and seems to frequently stoke up grudges with players. Whilst it's of course not unusual for players and managers to fall out it does seem strange that Hughes has done this at pretty much every club he has managed. He just doesn't learn.
  6. Yeah Denis Alibec came off the bench to play for Romania tonight against France, I thought the name sounded familiar but then I realised that's because I signed him for ICT in football manager 2008

When a manager falls out with a player or players then either the player or the manager have to go. a bit different if the manager falls out with the supporters. Only one camp is going to be exiting the scene then.

What an interesting insight. I was particularly intrigued by the comment that Raven and Hughes' apparently mutual "differences" were not unique amongst the players and manager. I think it confirms that all was not well in the camp this season. Delighted that fan power did the job - was the backing of Raven from the fans the final straw for Hughes, I wonder?
  9. That's great news, I hope you're right. His goalscoring record over the last few seasons is really good, 21 goals in 40 games for Macclesfield (according to Wiki) is a brilliant return. He looks like an absolute poacher judging by some of his highlights.
  10. Nice to have a manager who recognises that it's important to have players in the squad who's principal job it is to score goals..
  11. Well done Wales and well done the Welsh fans. As an Englishman, I am yet again hugely embarrassed by the behaviour of a significant number of imbeciles who claim to be English "fans". They are not fans but mindless idiots who shame their country and shame their team. I really feel for the players who can't but be affected by what is going on off the field. Such behaviour is a disgrace at any time, but this year, the French police are fully occupied in trying to keep everyone safe from the terrorist threats following earlier ISIS outrages. They should not have to be dealing with the scum of one of their closest neighbours and allies. If these idiots want to fight then perhaps the authorities should round them all up, drop them off somewhere in Syria and take back some deserving refugees in their place. Hopefully the young English team will restore a little bit of English pride later tonight, but to be honest, the sight of those odious thugs has largely drained me of the anticipation I had for watching England in this tournament.

Just wondering but are you a football spectator or an ICT fan ?

It was a damned disgrace the way he was treated by that man. But justice prevailed and we have our right back right back where he belongs.
  14. Scott Boden will be signing in the next couple of days, Newport County striker. He scored 15 goals for a pretty poor Newport side last season and hit double figures with both Halifax Town and Maccelsfield in previous seasons. He played with both Ross Draper and Carl Tremarco at Macclesfield.

Equally, why on earth should you equate a disability with any impairment of intellect. Hugely condescending in my view.

English not your first language then ?...
