Phew - were we close to ending our winning streak today. Sounds as if we were lucky to draw. Cant wait to watch the Club video showing all the goals.

Rumour has it that Kyle went through Sean, just back after a couple of years of injury hell, they did the head to head starey thing and that was about it. So, welcome Sean.

I am hoping to get to more games than the 0 of last season now my parents are leaving Caithness to be closer to Inverness. easier to sneak off to the football when visiting, especially with derbies this season and generally happy to produce previews this season and any game I do get to a report.

How does our current run compare to previous best runs? Since losing to Dunfermline on 13 March, we gave had 14 competitive games, winning 11 and drawing 3. Is this our best run in terms of games or months, or am I overlooking any?

There's a fair chance that one day, ICT might field an ineligible player. When it happens, a section of our support will be queuing up to post the likes of "laughing stock of Scottish football", "shambles", "heads must roll", "amateur", Highland league" etc, completely forgetting that this happens to someone every season, including clubs with far greater administrative resources than us. Just saying!

I was at the Cove - Hearts game last night and have to say that Mulraney had a very decent game which seemed to go down a storm with the visiting jambos. Will be interesting to see how he progresses this season. I don't see any harm in what he's said in terms of the relative professionalism of ourselves and HMFC. Hearts clearly have a better set up and more dough than us so it should come as no surprise. It goes without saying that Jake hardly falls into the Stuart Armstrong school of media eloquence so he's always likely to offer a fairly simplistic and un-sanitised response when asked to contrast the two clubs. No point in folk getting their knickers in a twist over a simple statement of fact.

Pretty fair comments from Mulraney. What's going to make you feel like more of a professional footballer - training at a windswept Fort George/IRA or Oriam?

Yeah because we treated him with the utmost respect by trying to force him out in January and then placed his value as being on a par with a player loaned out to the lower leagues last season with an ongoing medical/injury issue. Then there was the respect we showed David Raven, Gary Warren, Owain Fon Williams etc. Not sure we're in much of a position to complain when it comes to the subject of anyone showing us respect!!

I will take a 5-2 away win against any lower league side as a good result, especially at this time in the season when the Robbo is trying to get his best side and formation.

Great stuff. Tom Walsh sounds like he could be a very exciting player for us. Robbo is a canny operator in the transfer market, slowly piecing together a solid side ?

Hopefully our disciplinary record will improve significantly, our pre-season training will have been sufficient to avoid early season injuries and we adapt a real togetherness right from the off
