Brora lost their opening pre-season fixture against Ross County at the weekend, going down to a narrow 2-1 defeat at home. Brora opened the scoring through James Wallace in the 26th minute but a County trialist levelled seven minutes later. Eamon Brophy won the game after the hour when he ran through to score. Cammy Mackay was between the sticks for Brora with Jordan White starting for County. Alex Samuel was a second half sub for County on the hour along with Scott Allardice.
