  1. If I remember right, there used to be songs about him wearing his wife's red/pink knickers, but I may be wrong!
  2. free buses for supporters who still want to attend with the cash required to pay for them taken from the gate receipts, before it is divvy'd up between the teams. That would be far more fair, just add it in as a cost same as stewarding etc. Why should the the club itself be forced to be out of pocket due to the ineptitude of the cup organisers by laying on buses? Bear in mind a 50 seater coach would probably cost around £450. Since when did a 50 seater coach cost £450? Nearer £600 for the last two years at least - check with your CJT Treasurer! More cash required all round.
  3. I am disappointed now in both Maurice Malpas and TB - both of them were no-where when they came to ICT and now appear to be "too big for their boots". Oh dear, they were "celebrated" in the Inverness area but now, unfortunately, have shown true colours in money terms. I, as a long term ICT fan, am very disillusioned by them - both Pele and Robbo had so much more guts and reasons for moving on. Sad days indeed to have our recent "icons" proved to have feet of clay (imbedded in cash, likely).
  4. What a wonderful word! Do I have permission to repeat it, often, please?
  5. I agree with Izzy - you go for it Davie...... please......
  6. David Sutherland said, on tv tonight, exactly what we have all been thinking. It was not appropriate for the then current ICT Manager to be taking his wages from ICT whilst sitting in the Hibs Main Stand at the game Hibs v ICT, saying he was "neutral". ICT will continue to flourish without TB and MM and, although I thank them for their input over the past years, will support each and every Manager/Coach in the future, come what may. Onwards and upwards as others have said - despite the Cup Semi Final being played at Easter Road at 12.15 on a Sunday - who said there was not a Central Belt bias? Oh dear, another early start down the A.9, maybe in snow and ice.
  7. Oh, go away, put them away, off off off
  8. Once a Caley girl, always a Caley girl. Blue and white for ever.
  9. Best quote so far! Well done Alex.....
  10. Shocking that such a cheat gets a call up to Scotland squad.
  11. The fans who have that flag have both Scottish and English connections, hence the Scottish and English flag joined together and the message that Terry may be English but he has Scotland in his heart with ICT. I see no problem with that flag and there has never been any problem when they have taken it to games.
  12. Definitely worth a headline somewhere surely. The boy done good. Well done Mr Weir. A day to remember for him and Wick Academy FC.
  13. Total cheat. I hope Partick are proud of their cheating goalie. So obvious to the fans but an oblivious referee. Norris is a useless ref - always was, always will be - yellow cards for lots of minor infringements and no red to a major cheat. I hope Fox sleeps easy tonight and smiles - what comes around goes around - Fox's day will come and he wont be smiling then. Booooooo again boooooo
  14. Great news. Well done Billy and very well deserved.
  15. It was a great place to go - the old "Geography Club" outings from the Inverness High School. Any excuse to get away from school. I have very happy memories of staying in Carbisdale Castle. Such a shame that it is now going to close.
  16. Was wonderful to be sitting in front of Mr Adams and Mr Cooper and behind Ross County stalwarts! Gosh - they are easy to wind up! Great night all round - let's hope its the same result on 25th October - as I loudly said to all within earshot towards the end of a very one-sided game. Happy night - lets hope for another happy night on 25th.
  17. Whats the saying - you can please some of the people some of the time etc etc....
  18. Meet up at the Park Hotel then, as the supporters bus will be in Kilmarnock in good time. See you there.
  19. Billy came on as a sub on the hour mark tonight for Northern Ireland. Well done, Billy. Great news.

Why didn't you check the official club website - all the under 20s games are listed there and, if any doubt, phone the Club direct for kick off times. Simples.

    Celtic v ICT

Sorry Davie, but after just one away game, now you know just what I had to deal with for the past few years and Kath and others before us! See you on the Celtic bus - really looking forward to being a customer and not getting bruises going up and down the aisle of the bus for umpteen reasons. Regards and I do hope you don't have too many bruises from your accident the other night.

It was Carl Tremarco and Jason Brown who got red cards.

6pm kick off not ideal for lots of reasons, especially the traffic around that time is still choc-a-block at the traffic lights/roundabout.
  24. I know the plural of stadium is not "stadiums" but I couldn't be bothered to change it. Before the "correct" brigade sort me out.
  25. This old chestnut re the stadium only having three sides - It is certainly the case that in umpteen stadiums only 3 areas are being opened, due to cost, lack of numbers, stewarding, etc. For the past umpteen years I have followed ICT to most away games and there are many clubs where whole areas of the stadiums are left empty (from bad memory - Killie, Motherwell, St Mirren, St Johnstone, for a start). Inverness is not the only stadium to only use 3 sides - maybe the original poster complaining about our 3 sides doesn't visit many away games - he would maybe change the record. The same applies to those who complain about parking - what about the clubs who provide no parking at all for away fans - our club should be justly proud of providing parking for both home and away fans, no matter the grumbling about getting away after the final whistle (but that's another story/gripe). Get a grip, all of you, you don't know when you are lucky and, if you don't like getting wet/burned with the sun/wind in your face/whatever, then change your seat to the North Stand - simples.
