Have it on free trial at the moment. The quality is OK, and it's great if you're a fan of baseball etc, but there's just nothing that interests me apart from the SPL and EPL football, and even then they have half the games Setanta had. So it's not a patch on Setanta if you ask me, but that might change if they buy more rights and get European leagues golf, boxing etc and make it a broader sports channel.

There's certainly something incredible about Semenya. Just a few weeks ago she emerged from nowhere and took 7 seconds off her PB, which in a race lasting 1m56s is unheard of.

Interesting. But surely if another striker comes in, someone will have to leave. We have 6 already. Last time we were in this division I seem to recall that we won it with just 3 strikers (Ritchie, Bingham and Hislop).

It's not quite on a par with Lee Clarke a few years ago. A Newcastle supporter, he was pictured in the Newcastle end at a match, wearing a "Sad Mackem B******s" t-shirt - while he was a Sunderland player. Don't think he ever played for them again.

True, but so do many other nationalities, and prior to going to college or whatever in the USA the Jamaicans have pretty basic facilities I think.

Why are Jamaican sprinters so fast? It's not as if they have the best facilities or a huge population to select from.
