  • Just heard that Nick, in common with the rest of the U21 side, doesn't get to keep the shirt he wore last night on winning his first Scottish cap. That was always an established tradition, and it goes

It was probably some Falkirk fan, who always seem to have loads of players in under 21 squads, despite Falkirk not being very good.

Thoroughly deserved.... That won't do his career any harm, and he certainly won't let anyone down.

Good for him! well done NIck!

That's not a bad squad - especially midfield and up front. Ross could be a real find. I hope we're handling his contract well.

Well done Nick lad....

Delighted to hear this. He always gives 100% for us and I'm sure will do the same for Scotland. Take a bow young Nick :salute:

Well done Nick! MoM performances and champagne every week, was only a matter of time to me.

Has he not just signed a new two year contract along with Graham?

Well done Nick, thoroughly deserved.

Well deserved, a class act and more to come.

Delighted for the lad and his family, well deserved, first of many caps i believe.

WOO HOO!! :ictscarf:

Thouroughly deserved, he's been superb in 2010.

He should start wide left ahead of Wotherspoon of Hibs who, as everyone knows, isn't very good.

Edit - Ally's younger brother Mark Ridgers is also in the squad. Good to see another Inverness boy getting international recognition.

Well done to him, deserves it. Hopefully there will be more ICT players getting called up, a few of the younger scottish players have the protential to.

Well done to Nick, a well earned reward. Cant wait until Gavin Morrison gets a few starts in the first team as he is just as good a player and would be worth a place in the U21S aswell. Heres to the emergence of our youth system starting to show given the better community training and good work by the youth trainers. The more the merrier

Nick came on as a very late sub and grabbed a goal, in a 3-1 win for Scotland

I notice that Ross scored in the last minute for Scots U21 in a 3-1 victory over N Ireland.
