Are the people on here for real? Terry builds possibly the best team we've seen in our teams colours, and we are worrying about him breaking a bit of see through plastic presumably because it makes us look bad or something? Why should we care what Terry's doing in regards to how he's managing the team, venting frustration etc? He's put out a winning team for the majority of the season, why should anything else matter? It's ok for fans in the stands to shout, swear and ball their fecking brains out at terry and the team when things aren't going the way they'd like it too, but not ok for him to vent his frustration when the team isn't doing well. IMO there is no difference between some ridiculous and at time dispicable comments that come out of fans mouths in the stands and terry punching a bit of plastic. Who does the hitting of the dugout hurt anyway? Terry's healthy bank balance? For feck sake, ict fans aren't good at very much, but we are fecking fantastic at making a big deal about nothing.8 points

As it should be. It would be a sad day if others were more concerned about the behaviour of our manager than we are. It is great he's so passionate, but that is not an excuse for poor behaviour.3 points

As someone at the game, the lashing out was so un-noticable that the only reason I knew was because it was mentioned on 'Open all Mic's' - most fans probably never knew until they got home. It was clearly nothing more than frustration and if you look at where TB was sitting him elbowing the perspex - which broke. He never got up and made his way over, threw a full haymaker then gave it a boot for good measure, as some seem to be indicating happened - a ful scale display of rage. Equally had be been in another dugout somewhere else he may have cracked a bone or had he been in another seat knocked Mo in the chops. Responsibly he admitted guilt, no-one was hurt, he said sorry, paying the damage personally - think its time to let it die and move on, before we get comments that more 'popular' managers wouldnt do this like Robbo, 10CC, StevieP and this becomes another TB witch-hunt thread.2 points

Tickets can be bought at the stadium (there will be plenty). The Innes is very good and quite a few ICT fans go there. I'll be there pre-match. Go to www.thetrainline.com for tickets. Instead of buying a ticket from Edinburgh - Inverness. Buy a ticket for Edinburgh - Perth. Perh - Inverness. Usually works out around a tenner cheaper - I don't know why!!!2 points

Caley Jags Together stands fully behind Terry Butcher and his Team in calling on every Caley Thistle fan to get behind their team this Saturday for this crucial highland derby. All of our support needs to be in the stands to shout, sing and outchant our neighbours in what promises to be an epic battle for a place in the top six in scottish football. The least we might achieve on Saturday is the most we have ever done, so be there to see it. Buy your tickets now. Get down to the stadium, get on the phone, get online and make sure of your place. Tickets are selling fast, so don't leave it to chance. Wear your colours all this week - a tie, a scarf, a shirt. Wear them to work, to the pub, in town. Let everyone know we are here. Sound your car horn when you see a fellow fan; get on the phone to local radio for phone in's, requests, whatever. Make sure that they know who we are and what we are and that our voices are heard above all. If you are coming to the game on Saturday, bring a friend - it shouldn't be hard to persuade them. You can be sure that our "noisy neighbours" will be as up for this as us, so we have to make sure that we have the voice. We have the team, we have the numbers and we need you to make sure that there is only one winner this Saturday. Go here to be inspired! Davie Balfour Chairman, Caley Jags Together1 point

While it may look withdrawn in the middle row, my Zdenek Zeman-esque set-up would have him as a far from defensive or withdrawn minded midfielder.1 point

Good riddance after the debacle of this year. 3rd indeed, who do County think they are?1 point

Do the people who are wetting their knickers over this actually think Terry deliberately broke the perspex? Sheesh.1 point

Seeing as you've asked, I'd like him not to do it again. I entirely agree with Doofers Dad. Passion is one thing but vandalism is quite another. If he had been a young fan acting in similar fashion he would, quite properly, be charged with a criminal offence.1 point

I wanted to rip up my seat at Easter road when Roberts missed that penalty, but I didn't. If I did it would that make me a more passionate fan and a nice guy for wanting to pay for it? Bottom line is he shouldn't have done it. He said sorry and offered to pay so in my book it's finished but I don't want that to be a regular thing. It's cringeworthy and gives other teams ammo.1 point

Hi, all: I´m travelling from Spain to Scotland on the weekend of the Friday match against St.Johnstone. I´ll be in and around Inverness during the weekend and I´d like some help on a couple of questions. Is there any place where to buy a ticket on the city centre or should I visit the ticket office at the Tulloch on matchday? Any decent pre-match boozers? I read in the football ground guide fans tend to visit the Innes Bar on the way to the ground but I´d prefer a valid opinion from home fans. Also, I´m travelling by train from Edinburgh and this certainly has to be the most expensive train ticket I have bought to buy in all my trips to Scotland! I wonder if it is of any help pre-purchasing the ticket from the website rather that at the station. Is this advisable to do? The offer looks really tempting. Thanks in advance and really looking forward to my trip to Scotland and my first ever visit to the Tulloch!1 point

Buy a ticket in advance it may be a vital game, if you have tesco vouchers red spotted hanky will double up the value to buy online. The busiest bar I nipped in to prior to the Fri night derby fixture was the exchange which is near the train station Academy st. there are buses running to the game but they leave it a bit tight to get a drink in the caley bar,1 point

You could buy a ticket going through the turnstile. Very few games are all ticket for ICT (usually just Celtic and Ross County).1 point

MrCrockett you will be able to pay at the gate I'm sure or why not phone the lovely Laura in the ticket office. You can pay for a ticket over the phone and collect when you arrive at the ground.1 point

With regards to train tickets look for single journeys rather than return ticket. Also worth checking the Mega Bus out for cheap deals. Check the First Scotrail web site as there may be deals that don't appear on the National Rail sites...for whatever reason. Innes is a good venue. The is also the Caley Club in Greig Street and they also run a bus to the ground (I think). Enjoy1 point

I would have thought the dummy would have been spat onto the field ........ ohh, you mean the "Brahan Seether", indeed !1 point

He's passionate, cares for the cause and shares the fans frustrations, agreed its a poor example to set but he came out immediately after the game and owned up, apologised and offered to pay which is the right thing to do. Given the frustration of the fans and the 2nd half performance I'm surprised TB was restrained enough not to do more damage. While walking back to the car I passed a fine young local chap in sportswear trying all the doors of the parked cars as he ambled along the streets.1 point

Starting to despair at some of the posts on here at the mo. if that makes me a happy clapper then so be it. We are 3 games, maybe/hopefully less, away from our 1st top 6 finish FFS. We only went out of a national cup semi on penalties! We have a small squad built on a shoestring and at the start of the season most of us if not all of of us would haven bitten your hand off for the present scenario. We have only been beaten by 3 teams all season Celtic x2 Motherwell x2 and St Mirren. This really is the most important derby ever this Saturday and we need to get behind the team instead of looking for reasons to fail. Come on believe!1 point

Need to freshen things up formation-wise IMO. I think the 4-2-3-1 has gone a bit stale and become a bit too predictable. For that reason it's an attacking 4-3-3 for me - Esson Raven Warren Meekings Taylor A.Shinnie Jones Draper Doran Foran McKay Subs - Reguero, Pepper, Ross, Devine, Sutherland, Cooper, Polwarth1 point
