  1. Is it true we've been allocated the bottom left hand corner of the inside back page...?
  2. Into the next round. Yogi's first home win. Another clean sheet. First team to stop Stranraer scoring in 29 games. That'll do me.
  3. Just give us the stand behind a goal, is that not too much to ask? To give us what we have at the moment is a disgrace and a formal letter from the club needs to be sent to the spfl. We always knew that Aberdeen would outnumber us 3/4:1 but is it not common sence to make sure both teams have sets of fans behind the goals.
  4. apparently it was action packed in the second half too .....
  5. thank goodness I can get the BBC radio feed .... cant get it on work machine as we block streaming audio/video on our network but iPhone tethered to my tablet and a VPN connection works very well SKY SPORTS summary of the game .....
  6. Personally I would sit in a feckin puddle in London Road to watch this game. And it does not matter how many fans Aberdire take as there is a fairly easy way to shut them up and keep them quiet. That is to score, defend and outsing them. I also reckon that they will move our allocation away from that crap corner area and replace us in the stand behind the goals - where I seem to recall that there were few moaners on the night of February 8th 2000, As an individual who looks closely at omens then our support massed in that area means a bit of history is in the making again.
  7. It's not the size of the allocation that sucks - it's the site! There will be approx 20k empty seats at this game - they should be in the top tier. Aberdeen can have 3 sides of the stadium: all we ask is that we have one end so we're all together and not stuffed in a corner out of sight and mind. If we have the whole of LL stand and sell lower tier first, the top tier corner with poor sight lines isn't needed! P!sh!
  8. It's a little bit funny, this feeling inside I'm not one of those who can easily hide I don't have much money, but boy if I did I'd buy a big house where we both could live If I was a sculptor, but then again, no Or a man who makes potions in a traveling show I know it's not much, but it's the best we can do Our gift is our flag, and this one's for you And you can tell everybody this is your flag It may be quite simple, but now its almost done I hope you don't mind, I hope you don't mind but we added some words I hope that you like it displayed to the world

CJT looking into it but it's not been easy so far...
  10. 25 quid for a ticket to the biggest game in our clubs history and yet half of us may end up watching half a game sitting behind a pole. Sometimes i wonder if the beaks at the SPFL are actually infants who have no concept of making sensible decisions that an adult can understand. These people are a disgrace and should never be allowed to have such power to run the game if they continue to make gaffs of this magnitude every single time they never learn.
  11. If this bizarre notion of squeezing us into a corner of a third empty stadium an area with poor sightlines and many restricted views is not reconsidered then, in my opinion, the club should hold firm and refuse to accept and distribute tickets. We were treated with contempt with regard to the semi final arrangement and the club and supporters should now stand firm together against this further outrage by the club not selling and the fans not buying a single ticket. Personally, I feel so strongly about this that, despite following Thistle and now ICT for over 40 years, neither me or my family will attending this historic occasion for the club unless reason and fairness prevail. Nothing short of disgraceful and contemptuous and we should not accept it under any circumstances. If Parkhead is not deemed suitable for a fair and equitable distribution of tickets it should not be hosting the final.
  12. Utter disgrace in current form! Shove the Highlanders in a corner....should be one end and one half of side stand...end of. It would be different if the sheep could fill the whole of the rest of the stadium, but they won't, so give us a break! Mr Angry from Inverness
  13. We have many possibilities almost spoilt for choice, what we need is support for Mackay. Yogi likes our style of play but you can pass the ball as much as you like but if it doesn't end up in the back of the net what is the point. there is a saying "play ugly and win". whatever that means we just need to win.
  14. because he is a #$!!@*!
  15. Bookings going into tonights game (source: http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/football_document_libraries.cfm?page=2567) ROSS DRAPER 1 CAUTION JOSH MEEKINGS 1 CAUTION GRAEME SHINNIE 1 CAUTION GREGORY TANSEY 1 CAUTION RICHARD FORAN 1 CAUTION Wow its hard to find the official rules ... They are not in the actual Scottish Cup rules but those rules refer to the 'disciplinary rules' .... of which there is no document by that title. But buried on page 193 of the Judicial Panel Protocols on the SFA website is this which does indicate he is banned and that 4 other players are walking a tightrope ....... sources: http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/football_document_libraries.cfm?page=3221 http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/resources/documents/SFAPublications/ScottishFAPublications2013-14/Handbook%20-%20JPP2.pdf 1.1 Accumulation of Cautionable Offences 1.1.1 The following applies to players in the Scottish Cup whose clubs enter the competition in Rounds 1, 2 or 3, and the Scottish Professional Football League Cup in Rounds 1 or 2: 1.1.1.1 A player who is reported for three cautionable offences in the same competition during a Season will automatically be suspended for one match. 1.1.1.2 Thereafter each time that player is reported for two further cautionable offences in the same competition during a Season, he will automatically be suspended for one match. 1.1.1.3 The suspension will apply immediately to the next match in the competition in which the reports for cautionable offences were accumulated. 1.1.2 The following applies to players whose clubs enter the Scottish Cup after Round 3, the Scottish Professional Football League Cup after Round 2, and all other Specified Cup Competitions: 1.1.2.1 A player who is reported for two cautionable offences in the same competition during a Season will automatically be suspended for one match. 1.1.2.2 The suspension will apply immediately to the next match in the competition in which the reports for cautionable offences were accumulated.
  16. Well done lads - job done. Credit to Stranraer fans for making the trip on a night like this...
  17. Well done lads . But the highlight for me was this on the BBC live commentary: Lionel Messi has slotted Barcelona ahead from the penalty spot against 10-man Man City and Zlatan Ibrahimovic has scored twice as PSG lead 3-0 at Bayer Leverkusen. But could those guys control the ball in the Inverness mud like Ross Draper and James Vincent?
  18. Why does Billy Dodds sound so anti-ICT? Well done guys...job done!

Don't know - but what is wrong with the current one?
  21. Absolutely disgraceful, patronising and distasteful. By attempting to ignore us they also seek to diminish the courage, skill and hard work our club has gone through and initiated to get where we are. As if stuffing us back in the Highland League bottle will actually bring it about and make us fade away. What archaic idiots. Their thinking is Neanderthal, petty and a vain attempt to belittle us . They want to show their disbelief at our successes, and their fear of this feisty club that they dare not give credit to in case we continue to humble and humiliate the much larger clubs against which we play with our dangerous,never-say-die attitude on the park and in the boardroom. Angry in Canada.
  22. This fiasco is not the fault of our opponents.
  23. Wouldn't you just absolutely love it if we thumped those Dons a good one!!!
  24. Going by the media it's Aberdeen's cup already, we just need to put a big spanner in the works!
  25. Agree with all the above, was always going to be hard with a significantly smaller support to get a good distribution, but it is a case of shoving ICT in the corner - everyone knows the away section is crap. Why can we not get the full LL stand, the main stand sections can be left free, hospitality or for excess ICT fans - the TV cameras will be from that side so who will know is its partly empty unlike the LL stand which will be visible and be a better view for us fans. Just another example of the SFA behaviour to fire this club up and motivate everyone even more.
  26. Surely the lower tier should be allocated first: one end and 1.5 sides to the sheep and the other end + half a stand to us. Then you fill the upper tier once the bottom has sold out. The way this has been suggested, the lower tier at one end is likely to be half empty while the top tier in the corner is full. That'll look great on TV! What a complete shambles from the usual suspects!

I like Caley D's design best but would much prefer it without the unnecessary clutter of the CJT and CTO logos either side of the club crest.
  28. Is it really any surprise? Look at the man who's running the show. Look at him, just look at him! I wouldn't let him walk my dog!
  29. Would it not be better to simply say - We Hate Aberdeen ?
  30. Cheers oddquine. I'll see if I have a PayPal account to use. If we are getting a second flag can I propose that we get one of a two fingered salute to the SPFL logo? I'll chip in £50 if we do.
  31. It's a cup final mate , the whole support should be singing .
  32. I would love our singing section to be where the Green Brigade USED to stand. We can show them how to behave properly and sing about only football! :)
  33. very happy with this deal .... from the article ... waves at Terry ..... oops, wrong smiley
