  1. George Brislen-Hall scored the first two goals and Gavin Morrison got the 3rd.
  2. Sotonict - I am the current supporters bus convener, and happy to assist an ICT fan, so of course you can have a lift in our bus from Dundee to Broxden tonight. However, please start a singsong as soon as the bus leaves Dundee - our passengers need a leader in singing! Deal?
  3. Sotonict - Just ask for me and I am sure I can arrange a space for you on the supporters bus - away fans together and all that.
  4. Snafu - waiting for your call/text to book your seat - ICT Travel Club number 07951 309 504. £14. Bus leaves from Social Club at 3.45pm and from Stadium at 4pm.
  5. Was singing "Happy Days" as we went out from the game, and still singing it today. Oh, Happy Days! How very apt.
  6. I was speaking to one of the stall-holders at the Farmers Market in Inverness today and she said she could tell which were the Inverness fans and which were the Ross County fans, just by the faces and of course the smiles - the stall-holder was from Orkney! The lamb chops I bought were delicious and great value for the money.
  7. That's nothing, 362 mile round trip for me tonight but well worth it. I'm also having a drink to calm the second half nerves. I had a long journey too, to get back for the game, and no comfort of a car - buses all the way, Bladnoch / Wigtown / Newton Stewart / Girvan / Ayr / Glasgow / Inverness (left at 8.30am and arrived in Inversneckie at 4.30pm BUT it was worth it! Thank you ICT.
  8. Highlights are already on the BBC Sports news website. - wonders will never cease, we don't have to wait for Sunday night tv.
  9. Perhaps around 1am or so, but if there is extra time and penalties - could be later.

What about one poor sod (me) trying to get back from a week away from work, booked a holiday in the south of Scotland - due to the change of date for the footie, on the Friday I am having to mooch a lift to the nearest bus station for 9am, then three bus changes to get to Glasgow, then two changes to get to Inverness, then taxi home to get changed into footie gear, to even make the kick-off, far less missing out on my place in hospitality! Hope Rosemary enjoys my food etc in hospitality - it had better be a good game and worth my hassle or else - ICT Travel Club passengers at the next away game afterwards will hear all about my woes!
  11. Give it a rest, children!!! I will not be reading this post again. Give it a rest, please - posters repeating themselves time after time is just so tiresome and such a waste of time. Go to the away games and enjoy the atmosphere, the singing, the banter, the craic - phone 07951 309 504 and, if you girn, you will have a few ladies on the bus who will sort you out pronto!! Promise!
  12. It's on Stenhousemuir website that the game is on Tuesday 25th September with a 7.30pm kick off.
  13. Here we go again - another evening away bus to arrange! The joys, the joys.

I am sure every ICT fan wishes Nick all the best, and an asap return to full fitness. We will miss you, Nick, and look forward to your return to your place in the first team. Best regards. Liz S
  15. Great news. Congratulations to them all and I hope they all feature on the field and come back to Inverness safe and injury free.

    Well said, young man.
  17. Foran has a two game suspension so give us your next team selection please.
  18. Very well said DD. These "supporters" spoil the day out for those unlucky to sit near them. I have to listen to the same constant girning in the North Stand - that's why I much prefer the atmosphere with our supporters at away games.
  19. Today, in the North Stand, only reinforced my belief that the away games are so much more enjoyable. Moans everywhere today, from those who only turn up for games once in a while. Where's Grant Munro, where's Rossco - please people, these players are gone, and however you moan they are not coming back. Even when Draper scored his two goals there were the moans, its too little, too late etc etc (and half of them couldnt even get his name right, even though he has played quite a few games for ICT now). Its got to the stage when I now enjoy the away games so much more, the craic and the singing but, unfortunately I seem to "endure" the home games, because of the constant sniping against the team. I am not a happy clapper, but want to enjoy the games I go to, not listen to the abuse I have to suffer today - its enough to drive me to drink (especially the (one) cocktail I enjoyed in Dows today before the game!). Please note, I had no other alcohol before the game, or since.
  20. I had arranged to come back home a day early from a weeks holiday, in time to go to Hospitality on the Saturday and enjoy the game. My travel arrangements were that I would get into Inverness after 9pm on Friday night. Even getting changes to travel that day, if I can, and make the kick off, hospitality may be an expensive non-starter for me. Booooo
  21. Don't believe all you read In my previous employment, we were often advised to believe only 5% of what is in the press, the other 95% was likely to be made up by reporters stuck for something to fill their columns, or filched from some other paper or magazine who did likewise! and so it continues. Be sceptical, my dears.
  22. Blast and botheration!!!! Was working today and just got on to the computer. I haven't missed these games for years - how come no advance notice. Poor show and very very disappointed.
  23. Why didnt the "powers that be" get together for next Saturday's friendlies. Clach v Hearts (quite interesting)(especially with ICT playing Hearts at least twice in the next season) and ICT v Coventry City (interesting really only for us ICT fans). Could some heads not have got together and had one game early and one a bit later and then the total football fans could have watched both games, encouraged both Inverness teams and more money into both turnstiles. Needed some "joined up thinking" but didnt happen as both ko's are 3pm.
  24. There was a striker on the bench - why only one sub - Nick made all the difference, scored the goal. Strange that Elgin used umpteen subs, but ICT used only one. Why?
  25. Wonderful!!! Many thanks Jagster. Your comments have added to the enjoyment of our day out at Buckie! Where's the comedy in the SPL? Lots of craic at the game - just a pity the rain was so bad and made the pitch so slippy. Highlights for us were the nicknames made up for the newcomers to ICT!! ?? Oh dear.....
