Just get wee Hayes and Foran on the ball at all costs.

Izzaguire is out - Mulgrew will probably replace him.

Jolly good - will look forward to Hayes ripping him a colander of new @rseholes. Just hope Celtic don't get too many free kicks around the box.

In times of inclement weather, treacherous travelling conditions, referee strikes, games in doubt, taking on the old Filth away from home, suffering the sectarian bile and restricted views - there is only one thing to do :

:drinking06::drinking06::drinking06::drinking06::drinking01:

Allegedly, Hamer never arrived on the flight he was due on!!!

just started snowing over the last hour or so quite heavy. game could be in doubt. temps not to get above freezing tomorrow down here

Breaking news on Sportsound... apparently the Portuguese refs landed in Glasgow, heard the truth about the strike and got on the next plane home. Two more games probably off. What a massive clusterf*ck.

Hope they don't start transferring the refs around in an effort to protect the televised games, or we might find our game is off after all. Looking forward to this game is the only thing that's been keeping me sane over the past couple of days.

..and now they're reporting that the SFA are claiming they still have cover for these guys and that the six SPL games will go ahead. Sheesh.

:amazed:

They were just saying on sportsound that there could be another twist in the tale...

The Portuguese and the Polish refs went home because they saw the email and both of these places are Catholic countries

Why would seeing the e-mail make them want to support the referees?

You can't but help from believing that if these games go ahead they will not be incident free and wouldn't it be ironic if what ever so called refereeing controversy rears its head this time around it is at Parkhead.

As long as we get the benefit of all 50/50s it would be a lesson for the unwashed.

odds on the game getting cancelled due to the weather????

He was joking, at least I really hope he was and he doesn't actually believe that!

It was on the STV website that the refs were told they were on a referee exchange programme and I guess when they found out the real reason they were needed here they did a u-turn and went home.

Surely the other refs know the story as well by now, if not they could easily refuse to do the games as well.

I Dont think the game will go ahead.... Cant believe its november.....

How near are you to park head?

well the teams on their way down today so if they cant get down there will be no game

massive snow fall in Glasgow last night, just hope Celtic had the under soil heating on overnight

The A9 is open all the way South with no significant problems, bit of snow around Speyside but no wind and Drumochter is pretty much black on the traffic Scotland cams.

Nothing to worry about. Get that team bus down the Fort William road if the snow gates are closed. A few inches fell here in Glasgow, it will be gone by lunchtime :nanananana:

Massive? I always new you had a problem with judging size, especially inches! :tongueincheek:

Have the team not started travelling the night before and have the quiz night in the hotel?

I saw one of the trainers last night and they said they were going down today

BBC news live outside Hamilton just now, said all 6 are going ahead

It looked not that bad down there so far, sunny dry and maybe an 1" of snow settled(outside the stadium), I'm surprised a weather reporter wasn't laying on the ground trying to make it look higher :tongueincheek:

I have seen on TV, African tribes consulting with the local oracle,he throws sandal in the air and it tells him what advice to give by how it lands.

Miss ICT, I'm so relieved to know that one of your trainers tell you that the team will be traveling down today.

The snow in Glasgow is nothing, not even an inch but it is cold so if anything pavements and roads will be icy but that's all

Caleyjag and I came down last night from Aberdeen and we had 10 inches of snow at our house so down here is nothing, no danger of the game being postponed due to the weather.

I'm glad it's match day cause I'm sick of all this 'is it on' nope wait 'it's on' oh wait another phone call 'not on anymore' nonsense, I never got work done yesterday for all the txts and calls I got about it lol. I'm so looking forward to the game but in a way looking forward to when it's over so hopefully Scottish Football can get back on track and sort themselves out, it's hit rock bottom and couldn't possibly get any worse, the SFA for once need to stand up and be counted, get men in who have a footballing background, understand the game and the clubs and actually have a voice that will be heard, get the duffers out and stop all this jobs for the boys nonsense or should I be saying 'jobs for the bhoys'

As Caleyjag said the other night 'it would never have happened in Jim Farry's day' and she's right, Scottish Football has been on a massive downfall for years and someone now needs to stand up and be counted and sort it out.

Come on ICT lets show this lot how to play today and get the result everyone is craving for and not just ICT, the whole of Scottish Football, it would really get it up Celtic, Lennon and Reid if they got a bit of what they've been moaning about from a foreign ref, let us see them try and tackle UEFA if that happens!!!!
