The ground that the stands sit on is the valuable bit not the stands themselves

It’s a well known fact to the Invernessian football fraternity that both the temporary north and south stands have wheels below each section and when the time comes they can be moved to a more suitable location within Inverness.

Sadly though the more we languish outside the top flight the longer they will stay where they are.

We are in danger of becoming a non entity club like Arbroath it really is that thin a line when it comes to money in the scottish game.

Not sure that the good people of Arbroath would agree that their club is a nonentity. There is going to be some hold up at the Longman roundabout when the North and South Stands rev up their engines and drive off elsewhere.

When the time comes perhaps our friends from over the bridge can help with the move - they seem to have lots of experience towing things on wheels behind their vans!

You are joking - They would steal the feckers and sell them off fer scrap.

As you know, there  is more to Dougal than meets the eye.

I think that the sudden (as it appears) staff clearance is most likely to be related to finances and so on. Have any staff  mentioned that they have not received  their money on time, or at all,  recently? I really hope not but that would be a killer if it has happened...?

According to the new club website Yvonne Crook is now a direcotr and Ian Macdonald is no longer included as company secretary.

Also noticed that Kristine Fraser is listed as SLO instead of Andy Johnstone. 

Kristine is a good choice in some respects as she is the face of the club as you walk in the door. She has always been very pleasant any time I have spoken to her.  

At least I could believe what one person says on that list - Roddy Ross - unfortunately he isn't on the board.
