Interesting New Employee......

Orion recently employed John Robertson and although not directly linked to ICT I wonder if they are now branching in to paying wages of coaching staff or future managers for the club?

Brewster on a shoogly peg and Savage lining up his replacement and giving him an income till the end of the season? or totally unrelated?....make your own mind up!!!!

Perhaps lining up a new Director of Football?  Reading between the lines on what Grassa has been saying in regard to ICT helping out Clach I wouldn't be surprised that if we did get involved there that he would move over to them as the new Chairman leaving a vacancy within ICT itself.

What have Orion employed him as, Reliably_informed..?

We don't get too many Reliably Informed posters on here....  :023:

MMMmmmmm Interesting theory Caley D.  That would also keep the Dowling/Cairngorm Windows link.  When they say David Dowling is guaranteeing the overdraft, is that personally or via Cairngorm.

As for Robbo, maybe he just needed a job.  Who would know.

Reliably informed--well there is always IHE... :016:

A Director of Football that know about football?  that would be novel at ICT!!!!

Robertson would be a good addition to the staff.

I suspect that as Director of Football he would carry more influence and be able to attract better players north than the Bennett/Brewster combo.

Just ease him in as an employee of orion, then slowly but surely, oops we have a new director of football. Thats the one isn't it.  :014:

Good little signing, our contact list is growing by the day, we must have contacts in every other country now.

Will he be any better a DOF than Grassa..? He hasn't exactly been a rip-roaring success at anything since he left us..

In fact has anyone..?

Funny how they all come crawling back.....  :018:

Barry Robson ? Early days yet but John Rankin also seems to have made a promising enough start to life after Caley Thistle.

Had he not been given the standard Romanov knife in the back treatment at Hearts he might have been fairly successful with them.  However, I guess we'll never know now.

Darren Dods is also doing extremely well

I was thinking of managers rather than players that have moved on to better things...

Wasn't Darren Dods dropped for DUFC when they played us a few weeks ago..?

That was cos he was feart to face us again

His fears proved to be groundless...

Forget the footie Mr Bingham Legend, Rocky Mountain Way forever!

unless you are all completely wrong and a man by the name of John Robertson has been employed? :017: :blah01:
