But we can't be - let me quote you BBC Scotland : "And Richard Brittain has just put Ross County into the 5th round!" :laugh:7 points

There is nothing better than winning and there is nothing worse than losing to travelling people. The bottom line is that TB has finally thrown away the la de feckin da coaching manuals of the modern day and returned to some of the old fashioned thinking. He has finally settled on a system and he clearly also now knows the chosen first eleven and who to replace them with. He has also thankfully abandoned the equally nouveau crepe of squad rotation. In his hey day playing game after game was the norm and there was none of this garbage that professional footballers get feckin burnt out if they play more than one feckin game a week. Terry is probably relishing the luxury of having fit and available players on a regular basis but he may as well enjoy it whilst he feckin can. I say we play the same team over and over again as long as we feckin can. So lets feck the gypos, lets feck the Arabs, lets feck Dungdee, lets feck Midden and lets go out of 2012 in style and fecki St Jones Town as well. And lets first foot Tinkerville and start 2013 off in feckin style again - and lets pray that we play the same feckin starting eleven over and over again.6 points

I heard him on MFR today and thought.........What a bitter greetin faced wee nyaph, still complaining about our goals last week being offside etc etc. No mention of his sides freak goals though or Vigurs cheating, and he wants the referee to be fair, basically saying they were unfairly treated and wants us to be punished. Stop yer greetin man3 points

How bitter did he sound?! Get over it man your team were wll beaten. The radio seemd to think that Vigurs kicked out at Doran, did anyone see it? Also my personal highlight of the commentary was about 10 mins in, John Barnes to John Robertson: Do you think that Tokely is suffering from nerves? Robbo: no I think he's having a mightmare!!1 point

Was fully intending to go tonight until about two hours ago but it is freezing outside, I have a stinking cold, I have some work to prepare for tomorrow and I cannot be bothered with the prospect of the length of a poorly gritted A96. This fair weather fan will be beside the fire with a radio and a purely medicinal malt whisky..1 point

County should be really up for this game. Don't believe Adams. ICT should go all out right from the start and sweep County right off their feet, get well in front and don't ease up . We need to win this cup tie, the club badly needs the money and this is our season so go for it Caley thistle. The extra cup tie which goes to the winner will bring loads of money into the coffers and also boost his players' morale if County win and boost their bid to climb the league. So Mr Adams ..."come off it, you 'aint fooling us".1 point

Being as ICT are a very young club most ex players are still playing or coaching. Proctor was at Celtic though. I saw Mike Teasdale there on Saturday. He even entered the sport bar pre-match too. I've seen Barry Wilson there a few times when he's not been playing through injury or whatever. Richie Hart too used to make games. Mike Noble is still actively involved with the club looking after the macots etc and even John Robertson, even when not involved with media tasks, makes games when he can. There are others too that I've seen around the stadium on match days. In short, many former players have frequented our games. Darren Dods used to be spotted regularly amongst our fan-base, especially away from home. There's also those who support the club from afar. I'm sure Caley Jags Away Supporters Club can vouch for the likes of Juanjo!! Personally I don't think any former player should be questioned as to their attendence. They've done their time for the club, reaped the plaudits (and in some cases the sarcasm) and no longer owe us. Liam Keogh used to attend often, as do many former youth players as well. It's a shame some question their 'support' once they leave the club.1 point

Before asking what others are doing, perhaps people should ask themselves what they are doing.1 point

This is the same peg seller who the night before the last game gave it large as to "how county have different morals" to that of Caley in having "local players" The same man who's father gained from the morally correct EBT at Rangers. And of course, the local lad interviewed first by Radio Scotland after the game was Rocco Quinn. So Dingwall is just outside Glasgow now?? To be fair to most County fans I've spoken to after the game, even they are cringing at the whining little................ Anyway, he should get over it. Everyone knows that the Diddy Wee Team always gets hit with a late sucker punch from the Big Team1 point

TerryMo, it's something that the club and supporters groups (not just at ICT) have though about long and hard this year. Our attendances, like every other club in the SPL, have been hit hard by the fact that there's a recession on and money is tight. The latest SPL figures show an average league attendance of 4032 for this season and these are at the bottom end of the scale. However, they are not way out so it doesn't appear that there is something unique about us ( St Johnstone, C*unty and St Mirren are much and such) so outside of the main population centres there's a definite loss of attendances. Forget the stuff about the Rangers, that's a smokescreen and has made no difference at all to our overall crowds this year. Forget the stuff about the SPL being boring and substandard - we certainly can't subscribe to that this year! Away supports seem to have suffered greatly this year as well, so what evidence there is points to finances being the problem. So what can we do? The club can (and will) subsidise admission prices in an effort to get people in (£15 for the replay). Caley Jags Together will bang the drum and continue to fundraise and work our a*ses off in support of the club. The players and staff deliver a really cracking product week in, week out. We will continue to raise our media profile so that more and more people know about ICT and how good we are this year. So we do what we can, and will continue to do so but we need individuals to make the decision to come to TCS. We need you to persuade your partner, your mates, your neighbour to come along. We can't do that for you. My real fear is that we reach a point where the players who have reached historic highs for this club decide that their stock is sufficiently raised to go to places where bigger and noisier crowds will value and encourage them, and that would be a real shame. The solution is in the hands of the fans - and now they need to step up to the plate.1 point

Was talking about this with a few people recently and the one thing that cropped up time and again was the Celtic game where he had Samaras in his pocket for most of the match....especially when you look at what he (Samaras) has been doing against "world class" defenders this season.1 point
