  1. “Caley Jags Together, in conjunction with Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC and The Highland Council are delighted to announce that First Scotrail will be providing additional train services for The Scottish League Cup Final on 16th March. Train 1 will have a capacity of 400 seats and will depart Inverness Station at 09:00. It will return from Glasgow Queen Street at 17:52. Because of the generous assistance of The Highland council and the cooperation of First Scotrail, we are able to limit return fares to £30 for adults and £10 for children. These tickets are only available through CJT after 1st March and cannot be purchased anywhere else. They will be for sale in the Sports Bar at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium (cash only) on 9th March before and after the game against Dundee United and at other outlets before that. You can reserve yours on 07951 309 504 or at [email protected] If train 1 sells out, another will be provided, so get your tickets and get on board as soon as details are announced! We are particularly pleased to offer child tickets at a rate that cannot be matched anywhere else because of the generous assistance of The Highland Council. We, like The Council and First Scotrail recognise the importance of involving young people in sport and this occasion will go a long way towards achieving that aim. Being able to experience a national cup final for as little as £15* makes this a great deal for a family day out. Caledonian Thistle belongs to the city, so let’s make sure that the city belongs to them on cup final day” TOGETHER WE BELIEVE, TOGETHER WE ACHIEVE * Lowest child match ticket/ bus price

I phoned first thing left a message on phone with my number etc. 30 mins later EMMA called back took my money sorted seats in the section they are going to use for the singing section. All nice and easy. A big thumbs up from me personally. Only downside when they called back I knew it was them and in my eagerness to answe phone cracked my head off a scaffold baton Got an egghead lump and a wee cut which refuses to stop dribbling. Gave the joiners a laugh all the same :)

He's got 5 stars on his - that means he's allowed to do the burgers AND the milkshakes as well as the fries.

I've just phoned again and left a message to call me back. My Dons supporting pupils might take great delight from my explanation that the class could be interrupted by a phone call to buy Cup Final tickets in the ICT end...
  9. I think that flag looks awful cluttered. Needs to be a bit simpler and don't think we really need to advertise the website and caley jags together on it.
  10. Does watching game in the messroom of ship, in the Norwegian Sector of North Sea count as abroad ?
  11. Got my tickets. I'm not normally one for scarfs but I thought I'd grab the cup final one.

Take the seats out, replace with terraces and pay at the gate...problem solved
  14. Thanks Davie, I wouldn't expect CJT to organise this, you have quite enough on your plates as it is and you are doing a remarkable job for the support already which I am sure you must know is very much appreciated No I just hoped there might be a supporters association or club in the Tain / Dornoch vicinity that might be organising something. Perhaps I am being over optimistic about the strength of support for ICT up here. Maybe one day this will materialise as we progress our way to the Euro final ( How's that for happy clapping ?) Anyway thanks again Davie for the interest you have taken.
  15. There's a train at 5:15 and 5:55. Return is 10:55.

I'm just back from the stadium. No queue, tickets bought and I was able to choose seats within the section they are currently selling (SPFL instruction).
  17. I am at a loss to understand why there is supposed to be clash in TV scheduling. I seem to recall that whenever this happened in the past, the football was on BBC 1 and the rugger went on BBC 2. Of course that was in the days when TV had to accommodate the sport, and not the other way around. Since when did rugby reach such a level of prominence that it is considered to have parity with the beautiful game?
  18. With us being in the League Cup Final, the Scottish Cup Quarter Final and in a strong place in the league, we must surely come out of this season in a very healthy state financially speaking. Last year, we produced very positive financial reports with us making a profit for the first time in years. In many ways, we have already bettered last season. In the League Cup last year we got to the semi final, and we've gone one better this year and we all know what comes with that. In the Scottish Cup, we are one round further than last year....with the QF tie being televised too. In the league, we are well on course top at least match out finish lady year with two games In hand on 4th place United. Makes for very positive reading!
  19. There is also this little news snippet which boosted the bank balance last autumn: 'Rangers missed out on a share of a £600,000 pay-out from former TV company Setanta - because technically they don't exist anymore. Clubs who were part of the SPL between 2009 and 2012 received payments this week as their final divdend for the company going administration back in 2009. But Rangers got nothing because they were classed as a club which no longer exists after their liquidation in June 2012'
  20. I am all over this. Absolutely brilliant effort and well done to all involved!
  21. Feck me a 400 seater bus !
  22. The final alone could net us £500k I imagine, with share of ticket sales/merchandise/prize money/TV If we get into the top 6 aren't we likely due a home game v Aberdeen, Dundee Utd and Celtic as well; which I would like to think will all have good attendances in the home and away ends. The accountant would be in dreamland if we sneak through our Scottish Cup QF and get yet more gates/tv/prizes etc!
  23. Do you think the Courier will run a story about it on Friday ?
  24. Quite a few coming up from Englandshire. At least six from Coventry 0.
This leaderboard is set to London/GMT+01:00
