  1. Excellent game, I feel we edged it but luck desreted us at the wrong time. good performances from all our guys Storey worked hard and meritted his place, Carson strong, aware and positive as ever. Toddy certainly not shoddy and almost a match winner. Danny just a little more oomph in his shots and he could have scored too.I feel sorry for Deas worked his socks off unselfishly tried to find Toddy when 'he could maybe put it in the net. Everyone else played their hearts out working away at both ends of the pitch. Not a loser in our team Well thats the cup run for this season over, now th

  2. A second game away against a Premiership side and a second very creditable performance. A game which, with a bit more good fortune, we could easily have won. Many positives to take forward to Tuesday and the remainder of our campaign to secure a play off place.

  5. Awww shucks Scotty Yeah it was mind numbing stuff at times but great to see it all come together. IBM is now the main man for keeping our PotY poll running smoothly and EWD has been adding stats after every game plus all league scores that keep the league tables ticking over as well as completing the updating of every score since we entered the leagues, that's the one that gives us the league tables in chronological order. All this helps immensely and leaves me more time to concentrate on Previews and Reports which have been coming thick and fast this season, non stop to be honest.

  6. Scottish Cup Movement A bit of light relief this weekend as Scottish Cup action takes centre stage. It's off to Paisley to face St Mirren in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup at St Mirren Park, or the Simple Digital Arena or even the SMISA Stadium, whatever cranks yer handle. Well it would have taken centre stage had the Duke of Edinburgh not taken his leave of this earth. With his funeral kicking-off at 3:00pm all Scottish Cup ties have been moved from the traditional kick-off slots and we find ourselves heading to Paisley for an early Friday night start at 6:00pm. 19. I want to take a few moments to say a huge public thank-you to 3 specific forum members who have been toiling behind the scenes to update our entire stats program during the course of the pandemic. Its mind-numbing and repetitive work but it helps us immensely. Step forward: @IBM @ictewd and last but not least @tm4tj We are now at a stage where, if you go into any of the sub-menus from the main menu items shown below, the data you are presented with should be complete. This was a truly gargantuan task with every ICT game needing to be entered, team lines a

  21. fixed it for you. We were online in Jul 1994, a little before the club played its first competitive game. Was little more than a front page and a guestbook, but we were there. There was actually another site online around the same time too, possibly even slightly earlier but it was short-lived and the person who had it moved on.

  22. Not just the club but each and every fan stands behind the player and I hope he knows it. It smacks very much as a tactic to divert from the vile racially motivated conduct of at least one employee at Raith Rovers.

  26. @The Long Man - That's why I prefer the Championship. In the space of a month we have gone from staring down relegation to playoff candidates and in most years thats the scenario, with still something to decide on the last day. Its a shame the top division isn't as competitive usually … and that the championship doesn't have the same financial rewards.

  27. There are so many permutations, it is nigh impossible to figure it out. With three tough games in a week for us it is a steep ask. But i am also convinced the others will drop points along the way. So what's the bet it all goes down to the last day. We will need three points, and also rely on other results going our way.... It's that close.

  28. Whilst it would be good if they did, it is very unlikely Dundee will lose all their games. We need to focus on winning our last three league games. If we could pick results to suit us, Dunfermline have been struggling recently and are at home to Dundee and Queen of the South before we play next in the league, so the best outcome for us would be Dundee beating Dunfermline, Raith beating Queen of the South and Queen of the South beating Dunfermline. Chances are that won’t all happen, but if it did we’d still be fourth doing into the Dundee game. Our best option is definitely to fo

    • Inverness CT 2-2 Ayr United - Report
Season ends in stalemate: Inverness opened the scoring early through Daniel Mackay in the sixth minute. We were unable to build on that and Ayr levelled before the break when Aaron Muirhead converted a penalty after Baird went down in the box. Level at the break but Sean Welsh bagged a penalty two minutes into the second half only for United to level again through Josh Todd. No further scoring but results elsewhere meant that Ayr were safe and Dundee jumped above Raith Rovers to finish second.

    • Football Unites against discrimination
Governing and league bodies across both the men’s and women’s games join forces with clubs to cease activity on social media from 15:00 BST on Friday 30 April to 23:59 BST on Monday 3 May. Not sure if this was aimed at supporter sites and their social media channels, but in the interests of solidarity and because we wholeheartedly support this initiative, we will also cease any and all social media posts from tomorrow until Tuesday. The forum will operate as normal, we just wont be promoting anything to our FB/Twitter etc.

    • Inverness CT -V- Ayr United - Preview
For us, it's the final game of the season as we have missed out on the promotion play-offs despite a tremendous last six weeks which saw us go on a six game winning run including a derby Scottish Cup win over Ross County. Unfortunately we left ourselves an uphill task after the first two thirds of our season was decimated by injuries, covid and inclement weather. Ayr United head North with Championship survival high on their agenda as they look to avoid the relegation play-offs with Arbroath and Morton the other contenders. The game is a 19:45 kick-off on Friday night.

    • Hearts 3-0 Inverness CT - Report
Our season looked over inside ten minutes after Mackay-Steven ran at the defence before drilling a low shot into the bottom corner as the defenders backed off. McEneff doubled the lead with the aid of a deflection in the ninth minute to nestle the ball in the bottom corner again. Mackay-Steven notched his second as he poked his leg in between Deas and Ridgers to kill the game with half an hour gone. The second half was an anti-climax for both sides with no further scoring, and with results elsewhere our challenge has come to an end.

    • Hearts -V- Inverness CT - Preview

After the disappointing draw with Dundee in midweek, our destiny is in the hands of others. All we can do is gather points and hope that others can lend a helping hand by taking points of Dunfermline and Dundee as we visit Tynecastle to take on Champions Hearts. All games kick-off at 3:00pm on Saturday, it's a massive day of football in the Championship.
