MATCH REPORT - *****, boring game only brightened up by a free Tunnock Wafer. MOM was Mark Ridgers. 4-2 sound like a fine end result.

What a glorious day that sounded like 90 mins of edge of the seat drama absolutely scunnered I chose a trip to smyths toy shop and maccyds ahead of freezing my baws of watching long balls punted forward! What are a lot of our happy clappers gonna do if it's us against there big teams colts side??

Thanks for this afternoon's entertainment IHE

Smyths & mcd's not open sundays??

See where our 'fans' spend their time on Saturdays now. ?

Dominated first half and should really have been ahead at half time. Clyde played a bit better second half and had a couple of decent chances. One particularly good save from ridgers. ICT final ball in was poor second half. 4 good well taken penalties and two good saves from ridgers. A wins a win. Bloody cold though....

We canny beat Clyde in 90 minutes and scrape by on penalties.......illness or not, hardly a convincing performance!!!!

Some of the best penalties I've ever seen us score.

It looked as though they were the only thing they were fit enough to practice last week.

I enjoyed my Caramel Wafer at the start and the penalties at the end.  Don't think I'll comment on the bit in between.

Dreadful 90 minutes nothing to be proud of cant see any improvement if anything we are worse wish i had gone Xmas Shopping with Alan too

Struggle against a League one side today. Really sums up our season so far.

Now on to Dundee next weekend another MUST win game

That must be the worst Caley performance I have ever seen, the Clyde keeper did not have a meaningful save to make!

Great save by Ridgers in the 2nd half to earn us a draw, had we gone 1-0 down I could not see us scoring.

Haha just back been working in dundee for 3 months mrs won the day!

Looking at the posts on ICTFC twitter it was chance ICT, chance ICT, Save Ridgers, chance ICT, chance ICT, chance ICT, Save Ridgers. Once again we have alot of chances but fail to do anything in front of goal.

Dundee Utd winning today in the league they are now 13 points clear of us. Morton beating Arbroath least that result went for us

I think whoever posts on twitter was at a different game. Unless crossing the half way line counts as a 'chance' ?

Promised us a performance we certainly got one ,the problem being it was utter, utter ***** no wonder Robertson decided to stay in bed.

Ridgers kept us in it, embarrassing we couldn't create a decent goalscoring opportunity in 90 minutes.

That is one miserable place to watch football at the moment.

That was an uninspiring afternoon. We played a strong team, although it is not clear which of them may have had the bug during the week.

We were on top for most of the first half but had little to show for it.

Clyde were the more dangerous team in the second and seemed first to all the loose balls. Goodwillie was not playing, which is probably just as well for us. Ridgers had one really good save but I’m struggling to recall us really troubling their goalie.

We had plenty effort but little quality. I felt White had a pretty good game, with the ball tending to stick this week, but there was little support. Curry had a few attempts, but others seemed to hold back rather than shooting, particularly Storey. His pace troubled Clyde but we need a better end product.

We need to get a grip or we will continue to slip down the league. Teams seem to have worked us out. They are stopping us building from the back, forcing us to kick long, but we are not getting the second balls so everything breaks down.

Positives were the well taken penalties, keeping a clean sheet and Ridgers save.

I’m glad I was not picking the Man if the Match. I’d probably have gone with Ridgers.

Any word on Welsh and Rooney?

Despite being there early, I was not offered a Caramel Wafer on my way in, but the guy next to me was offered one at the turnstile. One would have eased the 90 minutes slightly!!
