Hi guys i am not an Inverness Caledonian Thistle fan, but i really admire your team. I'm a Celtic man and i just wanted to come and say how impressed i've been by the ICT squad this season. Your team have been fantastic adverts for how teams in Scotland can flourish if they have enough drive and ambition. With the budget Terry has been working with and the results he's brought to your club, i think you would all agree it's been a fantastic season for you all :P. Only thing that could have made it sweeter i guess would have been a cup win. Anyway i think i've said what i wanted to say. I wish your club all the best on the push for second spot and i truly do hope you guys get it, it is definitely a deserved achievement if you guys get there. All the best for the future folks. :) Vinnie4 points

Allowing for just 1 defeat in our last 5 fixtures should see us remain 3rd I think. Perhaps even see it as 2 wins from 5 games, with the rest considered a bonus. Any less than 6 points from a possible 15 would be a disaster. At first I was quite selfish in seeing we had County on the last day. I would have prefered to see Highland March 11 head to Tannadise or Parkhead. Now I'm thinking F*** It. This season has belonged to the Highlands. Both ourselves AND County have had magnificent campaigns and the final day of the season should be a celebration of that achievement. Good enough set of fixtures. No matter who you draw it's going to be tough, after all it's what we have been looking for over the last few years. Get the Celtic game out of the way and the rest are winnable, unfortunately they are also loseable, that's the nature of the beast. Anything we can take from Parkhead is a bonus and the final three games are all localish. Let's make a big effort to get to Perth and sort out those farmers.3 points

Walk to parkhead in your kilt - problem solved! Decided that I shall do the Kilt Walk myself on the Saturday and attend the game on the Sunday (and then head out to Loch Lomond for the Kilt Walk party!)2 points

1245 KO on Sunday the 21st of April, with Celtic potentially lifting the trophy (even if we beat them). To make matters worse for our fans travelling from the Highlands, the first train to Glasgow from Inverness doesn't arrive into Queen Street until 1405. This one will probably be on TV too. The question is, is anyone going to bother going?!1 point

Couple of RC flying mates were down checking out the stadium roof for the club today (maintenance check) and did some "extra" footage while they were there...1 point

Looking at the fixture list all 5 of celtic games are going to be televised. What is the point! Would it not be better to have the games where something is being played for. Does anyone know if they get extra cash for each game shown on TV?1 point

Don't weaken now all ye faithful, ICT have achieved what they set out to do, reached the top six and now the push is really on for Europe. Keep togetherNess going, the push is really on. As tm4tj says ( slightly amended ) all games are winnable, the team is still hungry and the climb to the summit is underway. If the Highland marchers can achieve their goals then ICT can too. Just hang on tight to that resolve it could be a rocky climb. Good luck to all!!1 point

Thats very kind words coming from a Celtic fan....Thank you....After that it would be a shame to spoil the party for you next week if it comes to that but points make prizes !!!1 point

Happy with the fixtures, other than the Celtic game clashing with the Kilt Walk. The Highland March will go to Dingwall via Beauly, Cannich, Glen Affric, Kintail, Kyle (over the bridge into Skye and back) Plockton and then back through Wester and Easter Ross into Dingwall. Should be around 130 miles so a bit shorter than last few years but a heck of a lot of off road climbing to make up for it!1 point

I doubt Neil Lennon sees it like that, at least I hope not. Either way third is ours to lose and second is still there to be won. Believe!1 point

Dont think we get any extra cash from TV coverage of league games ... its all part of the overall prize fund. only cup games where we get a windfall. Finishing second though should be a huge priority as the league is still setup to reward the top two teams with the lions share of the cash !!! not sure if it is exactly the same but it used to break down like this .... 4% went to every club (48% total) the remaining 52% was split based on finishing posittion 01 = 4% + 13% = 17% 02 = 4% + 11% = 15% 03 = 4% + 5.5% = 9.5% 04 = 4% + 4.5% = 8.5% 05 = 4% + 4.0% = 8.0% 06 = 4% + 3.5% = 7.5% 07 = 4% + 3.0% = 7.0% 08 = 4% + 2.5% = 6.5% 09 = 4% + 2.0% = 6.0% 10 = 4% + 1.5% = 5.5% 11 = 4% + 1.0% = 5.0% 12 = 4% + 0.5% = 4.5% (+ parachute payments) same info still on SPL website dated 2009 ./.... http://www.scotprem.com/content/default.asp?page=s2&newsid=7618&back=home1 point

Whilst I, unfortunately, believe Toni is away that is the same article which states that Nick Ross is out of contract at the end of the season1 point
-
You can always tell who aren't regular away game folk at Dingwall away, because about three-quarters of the away end leave right at the final whistle. This is not appropriate away game etiquette!1 point
-
Plenty of people on here giving it big licks about what country they can't wait to visit but they don't normally make it to an away game further than Dingwall.1 point

If Reguero wants to go to Kilmarnock for the lifestyle, friends etc then fair enough. But am I the only one wondering how Kilmarnock are able to make bigger contract offers than us with the amount of debt they have and after saying without Rangers in the SPL they would be put out of business. Even this season they have been greeting saying they are close to going under. I'm proud we operate within our means but it also makes me angry seeing us get shafted by rival clubs with a mountain of debt.1 point
