Hamilton Game (merged)

Some good news at least

Arguably the biggest game in our SPL history thus far, this should hopefully lead to a good number making the trip.

Nice wee bonus that. I was looking forward to this one anyway - never been to NDP before and I can get a train virtually door to door.

Does this imply we're not seen as a big draw, though? What a cheek...

Seriouasly, I'd imagine the Hamilton fans would turn out quite well for this one anyway - they're on a good run and will want to support their team against most likely their biggest rivals for relegation.

Is the ground near the train station? I think I will need to get a train to Glasgow Central first correct? :rotflmao: . Oh and well done Accies for reducing the price, looking forward to it already.

Its near Hamilton West, only a few minutes walk, but a fair bit from Hamilton Central.

would be a nice touch if our club followed hamiltons lead in free tickets for their fans v county for us here given the importance of the game and calls for support and better p.r. etc. cough hint splutter

If Caley100 or CaleyD are thinking of running a bus for this one, count me in please...

I'll be staying the night in Glasgow before hand, so well looking forward to this one.

Anyone know how far the bus station is from New Douglas?

Not sure, but you'd be better getting the train from Glasgow Central to Hamilton West for about ?2.

Are the rest of your noisy lot coming down for this one Kev?

Hamilton are clearly very sensibly looking for a bumper crowd to insire them in a game which, if they win, will go a long way to easing their relegation fears.

Aye, if they're allowed ! :rotflmao:

Oh Dear - the MOB reunion was going to be at this game - Central Belters gathering in Glesga - it sounds even better now - lets look at meeting places and "special" trains to go on ? !!

The way they're playing just now, I should be getting paid to attend the game.

How much is the Supporters bus again?

And has anyone checked the trian ticket prices?

Would be an ideal opportunity for some positive P.R. for the club if they were to give our fans free tickets for this all important match . It might also encourage a few more to travel and support the team .

Excellent piece of news. I was going to go anyway, but I can now eat an extra ?12 worth of pies.

I'll be there, I'm sure the boys on the pitch will try thier damndest to give us 3 points to celebrate.

COME ON ICT!

Actually ?10 sounds about right for what we've had to watch this season.

I think that's an over-valuation of what I saw at Love Street!

Still, quite tempting - we'll be concentrating on the league by then, so performances will have improved without the cup to worry about... :rotflmao:

:rotflmao: It's only home games they don't go to, and that's through choice :018:

According to some reports on P & B, Hamilton have the worst pies in the league!!!

Its just got even cheaper to go down.

Clicky

Regardless of motives etc. (and this is not the topic to get into it) this is a great gesture by the board. Looks like they understand how important the game is and how much support we need for the team on the park. We all have our grievances against the board and Brew but the boys on the park still need our support for this one.
