The Promotion Race

A good night for us. Dunfermline using up their game in hand and not making a dent on our eight point advantage.

A shame being overtaken again by Ayr but the first priority is to secure fourth place and we are a step closer to that.

  • Following Ayr's game last night their form is now 7 points out of the last 24 available. If it's them we'll face in the playoffs (looking likely) let's hope they keep up that form!

Were it not for the dire financial implications, I wouldn't mind being in the Championship. Decent football, competitive games where everyone can beat every one else on their day, neither of the

Livingston, who finished 2nd last season averaged 1,300 fans to their home games. When it came to playing Dundee Utd in the semi final playoff they got 4,500 fans and when playing in the final managed 5,500. Their average attendance this season has been 3500 so the crowds should go up for these important matches.

The majority of those were Dundee United fans for the semi final and Patrick fans for the final.

So I’d expect to get similar from Dundee Utd fans in our semi or from St Mirren in the final.

Probably not quite as many given the extra traveling involved.

Before we start thinking about how many fans we will get from the play off semis or final, we need to take care of Ayr first which is far from a given. Hopefully, Tremarco will be fit to add experience and stability to the defence.

Yes but those increase in fans were away not home fans.

Well let’s thank the away fans for putting some money into the club then. The whole discussion has been on the crowd, not how many home or away fans there will be.

No KO times for the fist games, can only assume as they arent BT Sport it'll be BBC Scotland/Alba so a crazy 7.05 midweek and probably 5pm on the Saturday?

Can't see BT putting another game on those nights with these big games on the same night

It's pretty simple - the QFs are not going to be on TV.

good

Why is it Tuesday if Ayr are 4th but Wednesday if ICT are 4th?

Next step the Ayrshire coast on Wednesday. Not easy but looking forward to a repeat of the Somerset Park conga and taking, at the very least, a draw into the second leg.

Far from impossible. Last season we won five of our final six matches and drew the other.

Emulate that and we will be kicking off next season in the Premiership. We can do this.

When's Ayr at home Saturday?? DUFC be hard games I'm gonna be bold and say no other championship teams gonna go up pains me to say it but St Mirren is it gonna be them will stay in the prem! To many games to quickly for the championship sides tho can mind Hamilton doing the business so u never no think we'll beat Ayr home and away fcuk nos dufc to hard to call
