Return of fans

Now that the Highlands and Moray are in tier 1 it looks like fans could be allowed back at us County and Elgin city.

Also having worked at the recent Aberdeen v Hamilton game and seen the precautions in place regarding distancing etc it should hopefully be easy enough to implement. A simple temperature check on entry leave your details and go to assigned seat. Then at the end wait instructions to exit so there is no punching. It was also every 5th seat free and every second row.

Maybe if you did my job youd not feel its ridiculous? Its for the good of the many. Imagine trying to stop folk getting sick....

  • Yeah that's what I (finally) understood it as. Bob has bought 4 tickets and 3 have gone back to the club to be gifted to someone else to use. Bob was then told he could go and, under normal circumstan

300 people socially distanced in a stadium with strict protocols is a lot safer than mixing in pubs and other indoor spaces.

And if the boot was on the other foot with the big teams in the central belt they would not be complaining!

Is that a new fangled portable wireless? They will be installing them in motor cars next.

The whole of Europe going into lockdown and we could be looking at risking lives for no financial gain. I think it’s still too soon for this, it also gives an unfair psychological advantage to the Highland teams over the rest of the league.

Disagree on this a little. Its all about balance and looking at returning to normality in a controlled way. These small numbers emphasis spacing, masks and tracing and this will be the only controlled way forward until vaccination.

So I feel its a positive step and ill give up my sinhle season ticket seat to allow two from a family to go.

The success of the Pfizer vaccine trials and promising data from the stage 3 trials of the Oxford vaccine means that, with a fair wind, both of these and possibly more could be widely available by late Spring.

Imagine if all you had to do was to show your vaccination certificate to join thousands of other ICT fans in both Inverness and Dingwall to watch us beat County in both legs of the promotion play off final.

Now, that is a warm thought to see us through a cold and difficult Winter.

On the subject of a mature age profile, the name Pfizer seems to ring a bell. I can't think why !

I think it’s a soft drink from the 70s.

If you can't remember what it's for, it must be Aricept you are on.  It's Pfizer's drug for Alzheimer's disease!

Maybe you don't want to remember what the wee blue pill is for...

Seeing this brings hope that we'll be allowed back in for the East Fife game...

...and fits of laughter knowing that they couldn't manage to flog 300 tickets 😂😂

I've just read the bulletin from the club and the FAQs. There is no mention about when the ballot will take place. Those who are successful are to be notified by e-mail. Let's hope that works for all involved.

Parking at the stadium confined to South/away cp only. The North one is still full of building materials. No refreshments available and only paper cups allowed if you're taking your own drink.

Being ICT I'm sure we'll be informed by smoke signals at least 5 minutes before kick off.

The lack of clarity may be frustrating but this is still a very welcome step in the right direction.

Are your 3 tickets a family group?

Well done. Enjoy

Yes, consecutive seats. Makes sense.

i got a ticket aswell, i'm absolutely buzzing. although the email doesn't say that it's mandatory to wear a mask which is surprising. i'll be wearing mine but maybe a lot of people might not be?

Got a ticket. South Stand but I don’t care. pure dead brilliant. Cmon Inverness.

Congratulations to all successful in getting tickets.

No cheering permitted but I hope you all leave with sore hands after clapping the team to victory.
