  1. Whilst many of us would have wanted Foran to leave weeks or even months ago, I think your last few words about Foran are totally uncalled for and not worthy of a member of this forum. Also, is it just me or do any others feel that writing a rant like that with no correct punctuation is at best laziness, or at worst , an indication of illiteracy?
  2. If Richie had any respect for the club and the fans who spend their hard earned cash attending matches both home and away he would have left the club at Christmas when it was very obvious that he did not have the ability to manage the club. The fans ARE behind the team - today we sang our hearts out, clapped and cheered throughout and we will be there for the next 2 games as we have been all season. Saying "It is only a game" is in my opinion very flippant and disrespectful to the loyal fans, the players and to the staff who will loose their jobs if we go down!
  3. Don't see the point of whinging at this point. Richie is here till the end of the season. Whether or not you think he's up to the job - at the end of the day he's just a young man doing a job to the best of his ability, and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Let's just get behind the team for the next 2 games and leave the inquisition for another day. PS Alan Simpson - it's just a game!
  4. The Buck MUST stop with the Board....regardless of how you look at it. A) They took the cheap option by appointing Foran. B) The Board FAILED to act, when it was clear to everyone that Foran was not up to the job. THe Board are the ones who sealed our fate
  5. Draper for Cole....the guy really has not got a clue.
  6. He needed to feck off in November.
  7. 2 0 FER FECKS SAKE!!!!!!!!!! That's it, I've had enough of this, What a load of crap, Foran needs to feck off.now
  8. Biggest suprise for me is just how long it is taking ICT to get relegated, despite being crap ALL season. Seems as tho it should all have been settled weeks and weeks ago
  9. Off to Mull and will be on the water during the game. Hope there is radio reception on deck! Come on everybody........final push. I remain convinced that we have the personnel to get us out of this mess

There was an article on Lewis in yesterday's Metro free paper and how Richie has offered to help him deal with his addiction. Unfrtunately, just below this article were two ads for betting companies including Paddy Power. How ironic.

Polworth for Anier. Playing Polwarth wide is obviously not ideal, but he's versatile enough to be moved around during the game as it pans out. Plus Anier is ******* honking.
  12. Yes, and with Hartlepool relegated and ICT doomed, that's all of his last 3 teams on their way down. Not that he can take the blame for all of these outcomes, but not a good season for Yogi's most recent teams.
  13. Sorry if I'm repeating myself but GTF FORAN ! (Oh and that's not Get To Fort William fc)
  14. I wouldnt say its ever pointless to question the Boards leadership
  15. A mere fortnight again Dundee changed manager. At that stage they looked like a dead man walking ... in free fall ... THE team to catch. They are now virtually safe of even the playoff place. The sin of procrastination. The blame lies fully ... fully with the board.
  16. A microcosm of our season by the sound of things. Start ok, fall apart in the middle, provide a little bit of hope, but ultimately too little, too late. Motherwell and Hamilton result wasn't the one we wanted, but that pales into insignificance against the 31 results of ours that haven't been the ones we wanted. Incredibly, we are not down yet - talk about a long, slow, painful death!
  17. "Caley Thistle showing a real battling spirit right now" about 4 months too late...
  18. Richie was a good player in his day but he can't manage to save himself and Caley does overall have to me one the best squads I can recall them having so no reason for all these extreme losses most weeks. I know Richie will keep his job since the Caley football club seem to be obbessed with saving money instead of employing a good Football manager,
  19. 9 posts on the site during a crucial game... sums up our attitude to this game i'm afraid
  20. On any given day, all the teams below top 3 can be poor. Seen games this season at ICT where folks around us have said of the opposition "you know they're pretty poor as well". The problem is we are poor virtually every week.

The threat, yes, but by my reckoning we can't go down today, even if we lose. If Hamilton and Motherwell draw, then we could catch either/both. If one wins, then we could catch the loser.
  22. Johnny Hayes scored Aberdeen's goal and Stuart Armstrong got one of Celtic's three in tonight's (12 May) match at Pittodrie.

It's good to see that we've finally seemed to have made red and blue stripes our 'thing'. Don't mind the white collar but it'd be nice to have little more black in the kit. A black stripe down the side instead of the white one would've looked a bit better IMO.

Please don't remind me of that day. My son was mascot for the Falkirk match! Arranged weeks in advance, the hope was that it would be a great last day of the season party and everybody would be celebrating. To this day, I remeber listening to that late goal going in at Killie to ensure that it was all going to be on the last match....with the young lad as our "lucky" mascot. Never again - it was excruciating. Tokely , Higdon, Barrowman (miss late on) indelibly etched in my memory . It's OK folks, he's not signed up to be mascot for the Motherwell game this year....
  25. Sportscene is muck so that's a good thing that we don't need to watch that mess to see our highlights however the wider issue of lack of exposure is a greater concern as I have said before. The only good things about going down if / when we do is more games at 3pm on a Saturday and more football during international breaks however these do not outweigh the significant negatives from relegation.
  26. Wow - fantastic!! He is the worst manager in our history - he should be hiding up the tunnel not parading in front of our fans.

Petition we should've petioned to bin foran after the 3-0 v Hamilton plus side the new tops Defoe Kwlest in the championship
  28. Trivia question for you.... when did ICT last achieve back to back league victories?
  29. He retired from the game about 30 years ago, so I very much doubt he'll be fit for Saturday. Billy Mckay, however, is carrying a niggle and may/may not be fit (confirmed to the press by the manager this afternoon).
  30. Enough insults traded. Can we keep this thread on topic please.......says the Mod lacking a sense of humour.
  31. No more messing around with untested nobody's like sick note foran for the championship don't want to rot away down there for to long bring in Hartley or try for peter Houston or even butcher again bet most fans would take back the shinnies or Rooney so why not big tez! Foran out see ya on the bin lorries Richie maybe ya can manage that full sick pay to ya sponger
