As a regular subscriber to ICT PPV I wanted to congratulate the club on providing an excellent product. Iain Auld is a very talented commentator and by far the best one I have listened to online. He has a fluidity and professional sounding commentary that really is top class. Ross Tokely is also superb and every comment he makes I find I agree with - his tactical insights and passion as an ICT fan make our PPV a joy to watch. The camera angles and replays are good with only a few minor glitches. Well done Iain, Ross and ICT!
  2. I thought that it was telling that there was no post match interview from Billy Dodds on the ICT channel after the morton debacle. Was this because he couldn't face the supporters after the boos that rang out at the final whistle, or what he was going to say this time? In my opinion, the club have never been good at communicating with the supporters, but it seems to have gotten worse in recent times. Maybe it's just me, but there seems to be a greater disconnect between the club and supporters.
  3. Anyone else notice it's all the players fault? Whilst they are not blameless on Sat it was more than obvious they were under prepared and didn't have a clue what was expected. Seems like no responsibility coming from the coaching team at all.
  4. More points dropped at home and the winless run continues BUT that was our best performance for ages, the team played with spirit and purpose and created a very healthy number of good chances. I was planning on saying all that even before the injury time equaliser. Some of our defending was dodgy but we thoroughly deserved something from that match.
  5. Yes, been very impressed when watching the stream on Saturday and today when confined to being at home. Very knowledgable and spot on comments. We should snap him up as a coach!
  6. Could it have been a chat up line? The lady might have fancied Gringo
  7. Unlucky not to win that. Better performance tonight; with obvious errors... Hopefully that acts as a minimum level for remainder of season. Gotta have hope...🏌️‍♂️
  8. Does anybody listen to our co-commentator on the stream. Rossco can read a game better than anyone. I think he still kicks every ball for us. Needed a win tonight though, results elsewhere keeps us third. Surely we will kick on again.
  9. I agree entirely. We seemed much more motivated and intent than in recent games, and I’m much more hopeful that we can turn this round. We created a lot of chances, particularly in the second half, and looked the more likely until we conceded the penalty. We stopped always playing long hopeful balls and it improved our play. Pearson was the pick for me, but I also feel Sutherland played much better than he is being given credit for. It’s only one game, and we didn’t win it, but this should give us some momentum which hopefully gets us a win against Ayr in 10 days. Everyone is dropping points, so we are still in contention despite our atrocious run. There is still hope that we can salvage something from the wreckage of the last two months.
  10. The players deserve a wee bit of credit for having fight and with Kilmarnock losing and Arbroath drawing all us still to play for
  11. Sadly though a point isn't enough
  12. I've still ordered a taxi for donut Dodds.
  13. Give Shane another chance and he will score.
  14. First time we have scored from a corner in about 10 years
  15. 2-2. Sutherland header! McAlear corner and difficult finish at back post. Possibly more than we deserve but we have been much better than Saturday. We need to gain confidence from this and push on in the second half and play to our strengths.
  16. Good interview, I thought he looked half decent on Sat lets wish him well tonight and hope he gets on the score sheet
  17. Agreed. The club's communication and engagement with fans has certainly been pretty variable over the past decade or so but I do feel that since Scot Gardiner has come to post it's been atrocious, starting with the Pixalot debacle.
  18. It's a terrible evening with wet snow and wind but I will be brave and go down for the game later with fingers crossed for a surprising win!
  19. Players have to shoulder some of the blame for performance but if the manager and coaches have not set them up with tactics and a game plan then its on them just as much .... When you fail to prepare you prepare to fail !
  20. If only they could replicate what they apparently do on the training field, on Match-day!
  21. Rings no bells with me either. And the 50's I would say is my era, during which from 53 to 59 I doubt if I missed more than a handful of 'home' matches. So Ted Collett could not have been a regular for Caley, unless my memory is totally shot away. Maybe, as others have said, just a 'once off' or triallist. Again, as others have said, it could not have been Citadel, as they were long gone, even before my time.
  22. Citadel went under in 1937. If he had played regularly at Clach or Thistle, I am sure I would have heard of him. Maybe he played only a few games - maybe as a triallist.
  23. I have been following football in Inverness since the late 1960s, admittedly through a red and black prism, and the name means nothing to me. Ted Collet sounds like he would have been a tough opponent for Alf Tupper on the running track. Maybe they could have shared a post race fish supper.
  24. He might be a bit like Gordon Ramsay playing for Rangers

I agree, I’ve been quite impressed with what I’ve seen of him in the two games he has played part of. It may be he is not fully match fit yet, but I’ve had given him 90 minutes based on his performances. A pacy wide player, who seems able to play on both wings and is prepared to have attempts at goal is just what we need.

A decent 45mins on Saturday ,still no idea why he never came out for the second half. He looked comfortable on the ball, willing to run at defenders and put in some good crosses.
