Now it is clear Ferguson & Bollan remain as management team, folks should not forget he had 30+ games to keep us up……. And didn’t!, Took in numerous loanees who were no better than what we had, got rid of, or sent on loan good players who would have fought hard for our Championship survival. Then just when you need a manger to be vocal and take control in relegation ( for which he must shoulder responsibility ) and potential administration, he goes silent, doesn’t even speak with players or football staff out of professional courtesy, to then sign his own son, is beyond belief !!!!!! People say we can’t afford to get rid of him………… can we afford to keep him!!!!! Get Him Gone!6 points

Another milestone round our club till he’s gone. Put aside the disaster of the pitch, this person as manager got us relegated. He was quickly found out at Forest Green (and got heaved). Our Board (SG ) couldn’t resist media hype and short term deflection over hard facts and gambled the lot on DF keeping us in the 2nd division. He was found out quickly and we were relegated to division 3. His subsequent inaction and attitude in dealing with the players leaving (dumped), is nothing short of ignorance, disrespect and incompetence. I know we’re stuck with DF thanks again to SG, as we can’t afford to offload him. DF hasn’t the humility, embarrassment or respect (care) to see he failed or can go anywhere else because of his track record, so F&#k the fans, it’s all about saving his own skin (sound familiar)? I for one have lost faith in DF as a manager. I know we have greater battles to immediately overcome and it’s one step at a time. It’s all down to result as we know, so let’s see where the team are in the league in dec this year.5 points

He must have an aunt or something living locally as ICT can’t afford accommodation costs for incoming players. As Fraz said, pity there weren’t any local keepers available. Shambolic4 points

Hope our accommodation costs for him aren't too high. Shame there were no local keepers available.4 points

Well said, Big Cherly. I have no respect for Ferguson. During this very difficult time for the club he had a particular duty of care to keep his squad of players as informed as he could. To hear so many players say they have heard nothing from anybody at the club is truly shameful and it is Ferguson, as team manager, who had the prime responsibility for this. It is unforgivable. Unfortunately we are stuck with him for the time being. I hope that when his contract is up it is not renewed, regardless of how successful he may be in turning things around. And I hope that he is successful, both for the the players' sakes and for the club's. It is very much in Ferguson's own interest to reflect on his behaviour and change his ways. If he can do that and show a bit more success on the pitch, he may still have a future in football management. Just, not here.3 points

bucking the trend here, have a list of names waiting to see who will be first to let rip. When I go to the games I want to see the best players we are capable of getting. The way some players have been treated by the club aside ( disgracefully), if the new keeper turns out to be better than the 2 local guys we let go, then happy days. Some players can’t leave us quick enough for a “bigger” team, others are “ let go”. Thats football maybe new keeper won’t need accommodation up here. They usually train on their own anyway. Would get better coaching at UTD I would think. Get to know our new defence pre season. dragged this up from the courier Inverness Caledonian Thistle goalkeeper Mark Ridgers has apologised to the club’s fans for their relegation this season. Various managers down the years have called him the best goalkeeper in the Championship, but he was at fault for multiple Hamilton goals over the two legs of the play-off final……… Time to move on, new league, new era. ps …. mark always had time to speak to my 8 year old grandson while walking his dog. Made me have to watch what I said at games as grandson would tell him what I was saying when we lost a goal on a Saturday.2 points

I think this is know as the 'hammer nail interface. We're seeing way too much of the club saying one thing and doing another. The idea of getting shot of Inverness based keepers and bring in a central belt based replacement reeks of a deal done or decision made when the plan was to be training at Kelty.2 points

Let’s assume that Dundee Utd are paying his wage. They have a lot to gain by getting him starting 11 experience. There’s no money to spend on players. I assume that Dundee Utd are covering the costs and we gain an up and coming hungry goalkeeper and save a wage. A win win! Could be seen as a cracking piece of business. Welcome to ICT Jack!2 points

Maybe playing without a goalkeeper this season will at least mean Ferguson will have to abandon his ultra defensive tactics and actually try and score goals instead! We can only live in hope2 points

Austin Samuels was not on the list Robert posted earlier. He confirmed on X yesterday that he has left the club. Reading between the lines, it sounds as though he is not happy with the club, however, he does say "but the support I got from the fans was always amazing". I for one am certainly very sorry to see him leave the club and wish him all the best for the future.2 points

We are still a long way from safety and stability for our club, and I am still nervous about investing in season tickets as there still seems to be so many secrets and withheld information, but I am so pleased that we are moving forward at last. This is going to be so different to what we are used to, but everything was so depressing and hopeless by the end of the season that a fresh start is needed. We didn't get everything on the wish list - DF is still here at present and SG-who knows?, but we aren't going to the central belt and I hope that the young lads signed up today will give their best for the club and be mentored well by the players who remain. Now we just need that goal keeper - I know of one or two that live very nearby. C,mon ICT.2 points

I agree that if Dundee Utd are paying his wages it could be a bit of good business, but that in no way mitigates against the appalling way locally based keepers have been treated. Of course, none of the background here is Jack's fault and if he is to be our first choice keeper, then we must give him our full support. I rather fear he will be a busy lad and will need all the support he can get.1 point

I really hope someone in the media doing the next interview with Duncan asks if our style of play will change next season1 point

Yes he has, that’s been in the public domain for weeks. Whether it was a gesture offered by him or something written into his contract in case of relegation, we don’t know. I suspect the latter. But anyway, the reason we are still paying an expensive manager whilst letting go of other staff to cut costs is because the manager has a contract whilst others are out of contract. There’s no chance we’d be sticking with Ferguson if it wasn’t so expensive to get rid of him.1 point

Fair enough then, let’s at least have some positivity… Welcome to the Club Cameron Ferguson. I hope he proves all the doubters wrong.1 point

Most of our fans sit in silence the entire match anyway at home so I don’t think they’d notice any difference. With the exception of utter outrage if the referee makes a perceived mistake or A slight cheer followed by 6 seconds of clapping if we score a goal.1 point

Indeed, but let’s not forget, we are in League 1 and we have no money. Drastic cost cutting and unpalatable decisions were inevitable.1 point

What a fantastic story. I didn't know Mikey well but I do recall we spent a little time time chatting in the away end at our very first fixture at Firs Park so he was there from the very beginning. Wouldn't it be fitting if the flag could be fixed permanently at the back of the North Stand as a focal point. Perhaps this was already considered but it does seem a shame such an impressive flag has lain dormant until it's recent travels.1 point

This is NOT for the Board. It is for Aaron, other players out of contract, staff at the Club, staff out of contract, currently signed up players, Inverness businesses who sincerely have helped the club, ex players who have retained their silence on key issues, and the fans of the club. This says it all...............1 point

I think this is appropriate and also linked to the club before the cup final in 2015. This song is not so much for the board but more what the board should show players, staff and supporters:1 point
