He became manager there five days before the transfer window closed. Not that easy to sign an entire squad in that time. And the few signings he did make included Onyango from Everton (who has been on

Well I for one am hugely up for this, probably because it's the first time I've been starstruck by a managerial appointment; Dunc was one of my favourite players to watch when he was at Everton and Ne

  • Big Dunc seems to have made a positive start. We will see. Hope this continues. Also hope that the cracks his appointment are papering over are not allowed to remain papered over indefinitely.

Yeah that's a piss take account of Mr Insider who spent most of the summer getting every transfer story about ICT spectacularly wrong.

Does that mean Robbo is wanting to be back in the hot seat?

If so, this site will be red hot after the announcement!

Or maybe Ryan Esson

Nothing would surprise me tbh

Hard to believe Scott Brown would have been interviewed with agreements in place so quick. He would arguably be a bigger name than any previous appointments other than TB- and I don’t see us as being in the position to do that or be attractive enough a club for him. Robbie Neilson or Ryan Esson would be more believable!

Or maybe Scot Gardiner thinks he could do a better job, and wants a crack at it himself! Now, would that be saving a wage, or would he want two wages? Because if anybody could be able to do both jobs, it would be him, in his mind!

Bound to be someone with a rangers background.

Yes, Rangers or Hearts background is my guess.

Ian Black then 😂

Happy with Robbie Nielsen or Scott Brown.

Excited to see what tomorrow brings.

I think he's at Brentford, otherwise he'd be high on the list, ticks all boxes for the hierarchy!

Yes, I could see any of those two as the new coach.

Surely it isn’t going down to the wire of tomorrow? Does that even happen? Almost like a wrestling theme tune comes on and out pops Kevin Thomson.

There needs to be a leak tonight

I was reading that if it was going to be Imrie, Morton would need to give permission to speak to him, and apparently they haven't been approached.

Someone needs to be camped on Gordon Terrace. Catch them all leaving the swearing in ceremony

Someone posted on p&b at half 6 saying they seen brown in Aberdeen train station heading to north platform, train got in at 830 and my mates son was in town and seen Gardiner in Academy street fulled suited and booted.
