It is a bit of a football cliché to refer to the crowd as an extra man but tonight I believe our support could just be the difference between progressing or not. What a magnificent effort by the 'Caley Away' crew who have travelled to Romania in such impressively large numbers. I am certain that the 500 or so will out sing the home crowd and, with this tie firmly in the balance, can inspire the team to victory. Well done to the Highland ambassadors, every single one of you, sing and cheer until you're hoarse and make sure that even more of us can join you at Upton Park for the next instalment of the adventure.....

Thought the Astra manager was an absolute clown too, with his designer jeans and massive plastic orange watch. He had the fecking nerve to insult our players throughout making diving gestures towards them every time a foul was awarded. Oh the irony. He even makes Derek Adams look classy.

Last night was superb, piper outside the old city topped it off!

A Good result in isolation but really disappointed that it took Hughes until 80 mins to make subs. and again the obvious we don't have any strike force all very well having possession but you need to do something with it. If we don't get a good striker I can see a long hard season ahead

No LB and no strikers are probs we knew we would have since Jan and no solutions found. This could be a disappointing season ahead.

Apart from Christie with that beautiful shot we really had no chance of scoring. Unfortunately we conceded from yet another free kick. And that was all that was in the game. If not it would have definitely gone to penalties. Lopez just has no chance of scoring anytime soon unfortunately and i would have still put Roberts on for the first leg. Also diet County really do play dirty don't they? The usual theatrics from their players just to wind down the clock. I only hope they don't get West Ham to soften the blow for losing.

In isolation, that was a very good result tonight. Heads held high, at least.

Very proud of the ICT fans who made the journey to support the team, less impressed with the lack of cutting edge and late changes. Bring on the League!!!!

did you read the first post? just like they did last week when they covered our game live and had updates from the Aberdeen away game, they are doing the same ... covering Aberdeen at home in the live commentary with updates from ours.

Special congratulations on your excellent English Vlad! Better than many Invernessians certainly. Which reminds me..... when Sergei Baltacha arrived as manager of Caley in 1993 it was fairly quickly commented that his English wasn't to hot. It was equally quickly commented that after a while at Telford Street, it could only get worse!
