I have literally no idea how that's happened. Spreadsheet has been checked and your entry is clearly there. The gremlins have struck so early this season. Is it worthy of a ? Yes, after VAR, I think so for shear incompetence in the checking process. This means, of course, that another yellow will lead to red and a two match ban 

Anyway...thank you flagging this up. It has all been corrected now.
