Interesting stat., and there's always the chance that Darren Fletcher could play for Man U.

It seems that the top players in the English PL are generally foreign and the top teams are largely populated by foreigners which is probably why the English national side is so pish. A country with as big a population as England has should have a much more successful team than they do. Almost as bad a record as Spain!

They're just as bad at producing managers too - see how far down the EPL table you have to go before you find a team managed by an Englishman. As the table stood on Sunday morning, I believe Portsmouth in 7th place is the top team with an English manager.
