April 15, 201016 yr See our Adam is in the running for player of the year, also that wee shyte Griffiths is there too, along with Harkins of Dundee and the weegie Gardyne from the gypo's. Rooney should walk it eh? BBC poy Edited April 15, 201016 yr by caley100
April 15, 201016 yr Interesting to note that Bryan Prunty and Rory McAllister are up for D2 and Liam Fox for D3 ...... Could ICT players or former players win all the SFL awards ? McAllister has got to be a shoe-in for D2 and although I havent been paying attention to D3, it wouldnt be much of a leap to expect the winner to come from the champions of that division ....
April 15, 201016 yr Ritchie Foran is the player of the season. Who picked that shortlist? Agree, Rooney stuggled when Foran was suspended and Foran is probably responsible for making a lot of Ronneys goals, would be Foran for me to.
April 15, 201016 yr Harkins was probably player of the first half of the season, and Rooney the second half, but Foran has been consistently excellent throughout.
April 15, 201016 yr Foran by a mile. He's by far the best player in this division. We struggled without him those two games he missed through suspension. Bit of a joke putting the Dundee players before him. I wouldn't swap Foran for both of them, let alone one of them.

April 15, 201016 yr I'd be chuffed if Rooney won, but Foran is definitely the SFL Division 1 'Player of the Year', hands down, no contest.
April 15, 201016 yr Jonny Hayes or Rooney for me. Foran has been superb recently, but hasn't been as good throughout the season.
April 15, 201016 yr Which reminds me, I need to get the finger out and calculate what the situation is with the CTO Player of the Year.
April 15, 201016 yr Jonny Hayes or Rooney for me. Foran has been superb recently, but hasn't been as good throughout the season. Spot on ................. Rooney and Hayes with Foran well down the rankings. Lately he has been superb, but for much of the season he disappointed.
April 15, 201016 yr Foran for me Hopefully rooney will get it Edited April 15, 201016 yr by WYNESS101

Forans come good when it matters :D I see Foran got the HN player of the month
April 15, 201016 yr Where did Lionel come? He won the award for best penalty kick in the first round of the Alba cup.
April 15, 201016 yr It would be Foran for me too. I was quite surprised when I saw he hadn't been nominated, but then this is the players' choice rather than the football writers', isn't it? I bet Foran manages to **** off quite a few opponents over the course of a season.
April 15, 201016 yr Foran by a country mile. His workrate is second to none and we would be lost without him.
April 15, 201016 yr Griffith and Harkins have done bugger all this season, If rooney doesnt get this award its a joke. What about Hayes and Foran?
April 16, 201016 yr If Caley Thistle win the league this year then someone in the team must have worked darn hard., particularly down the stretch .
April 16, 201016 yr I honestly thought Foran had a chance for UEFA player of the year but if he's not even getting nominated for the first division then I must be off the mark.
April 16, 201016 yr Ritchie Foran is the player of the season. Who picked that shortlist? His fellow professionals.

I bet Foran manages to **** off quite a few opponents over the course of a season. Reflecting on why he wasn't on the short-list I reached that same conclusion.
