  1. This will be the first card display that ICT have done and a lot of work has gone into it. The players are apparently looking forward to seeing it.

  3. Probably some saddo in an office claiming it was litter. Also, did no-one think about giving Flora MacDonald's dog a scarf as well?! By the way, there's a lane round the back of my house that doesn't have a name. Should we win the cup we should get the council to name it after the club. In the event of that happening, I'll personally move into my garage so I can be the only resident on said Caley Thistle Street!
  4. Ciftci is just a cheat. but, to be fair, he's very good at it.....
  5. As long as you don't go as Josh Meekings you should be ok
  6. I would rest the entire starting 11 for next weekend, bar Raven (assuming he gets his place back). This is a completely meaningless game. As others have said, it's easy to get a red card at Celtic park with the play acting and crowd reactions. Simply not worth the risk. And obviously, you don't want players picking up knocks. Sometimes when a player is afraid of injuries, and not fully committing themselves in challenges, they end up actually being more vulnerable to injury. On the other hand, match sharpness could be an advantage for us come the final. So giving a few players a 'run out' as a training exercises might not be a bad idea. I would be more prepared to 'risk' the likes of Watkins, Christie and Williams, safe in the knowledge that we have similar players in Doran, Vincent and Ross ready to step in and replace them. Probably sounds a bit harsh! Esson, Shinnie and Ofere aren't currently so replaceable. And our only other obvious shout if one of our centre halves get shelved would be Draper, who hasn't spent much time there this season. It's also a good chance to give our reserve players a 'cup final' of their own. Celtic Park is the biggest stage in the league. Polworth, Tremarco, Horner, Kink etc deserve a chance to show what they can do after waiting patiently on the bench for most of the season. There's no guarantee that we'd get hammered, on the contrary, I think a fully committed, hungry team desperate to prove a point, and wanting to produce a big performance to earn a place in the final, would be more likely to get a result against Celtic than a nervy, anxious, distracted first 11.
  7. Im only pulling your leg. Im sure it'll look great on the day and on TV and i look forward to taking part. It has also come to my attention that a great level of organisation has gone in to this card display with people taking AL to set it up before the final. I would personally like to say a massive thank you to all those involved. Your time, support and PASSION for this Club is appreciated!

  9. Yup, Collum's the referee.
  10. I have secured two coaches for Cup Final day and am looking to fill them with schoolkids and their parents. I will subsidise these coaches so that the return cost is just £10 for kids and £15 for adults that accompany them. This is about a third of the cost of public transport so hopefully we can get 100 people to the match that would otherwise not have gone. Departure points will be finalised in the next 48 hours. It would be great if other businesses or individuals would chip in some money so that we can organise more coaches and I would appreciate it if you can pass this request on to any charitable contacts you have. £750 would subsidise another coach but any amount is welcome. Please contact me if you can help or if you have access to more coaches (which are thin on the ground). We will be promoting this via the schools in the next two days and it will only be available for bookings where children are accompanied by adults.
  11. This got a mention in the Inverness Courier
  12. For goodness sake why can't our club just make up a press release announcing how many tickets we have sold. This information should be shared with the fans and shareholders. In fact as a shareholder I think I have a right to know.
  13. The Costa one looks even better than your pic shows. It has a road to hampden t shirt in the middle now between the scarfs. Cracking t shirt but was told today they were all sold out and this one was being lent to them by the t shirts owner good on him/her whoever they may be The road to Hampden tshirts are not actually for sale yet. This one was a sample and the stock should be available in the next few days. This is Caleyjagstogethers cup final tshirt not the clubs btw.
  14. Not claiming to be anybody special but I thought it would appeal to the likes of Sneckboy I got this 'Groundhopper' app for the iPad and phone so I got my diaries out and filled it in back as far as 1994. I've seen ICT 382 times, 97 times at the TCS and 6 times at Telford St. Also 9 times as the home team at Pittodrie. First ever match was East Stirlingshire 0 CT 2, 9/8/94.
  15. Flora MacDonald - glory hunter.
  16. Can we have a map in case a pub crawl is necessitated
  17. Red Card - get out the water, bread and fish.
  18. Should be rectified now.
  19. 5 adults + 2 kids for me please, can you advise how to get the wristbands from you - mentioned above ?
  20. I just received my tickets ! They made the journey from Scotland to France. In nine days, they will come back in Scotland but, this time, I will accompagny them in their second journey.
  21. No. Scott Brown can lose the plot sometimes but there's no doubt he's matured into a fantastic midfield player. His recent performances for Scotland have demonstrated that. Ciftci is just a cheat.
  22. I have wristbands for The Montford and its exclusively ICT. I'll be giving these to Old Caley Girl on Sunday at Parkhead to take up the road. If anyone is coming and wants me to keep a wristband for them let me know.
  23. Ross P --put an "ST" in front of the R in wrong, then eliminate the "w" and that's it sorted.
  24. I'm really glad someone got a photo of that excellent display at Hilton Primary. That's what it looked like when I passed it around 9am today but unfortunately, when I came back around 4:30pm, most of the balloons had burst, possibly due to the wind.
  25. Good to see Flora finally got her scarf
  26. Thereafter on view at The Trophy Cabinet Tulloch Caledonian Stadium, Stadium Road, Longman,Inverness IV1 1FF From 1st June 2015-27th May 2016......
  27. There will be a card display at the final.
  28. I'll reiterate again that we need to give Cameron Mackay some game time before the final. Imagine Falkirk bombard the goal for the opening ten minutes (not inconceivable at all) and then Esson picks up an injury or gets sent off (or both!). This is nothing against Mackay at all but do we really want a teenage goalkeeper making his debut as a substitute in the final with no first team match experience at all? What have we got to lose by playing him on Sunday? In fact, I wouldn't even be risking Esson ahead of the final.
  29. I would go with something like this: Mackay Raven Warren Devine Tremarco Kink Polworth Ross Doran Christie Watkins
  30. The club can only move them on from stadium property....despite us paying to have the road put in, we don't own it or the pavement. So long as they have a street traders licence (or equivalent), then they can't be moved on from there by police/council unless they are blocking it or creating a nuisance. With regards to copyright/trading off the clubs name. That would require taking civil action which, for a club our size, would likely cost more than revenue lost to these guys. Personally, I've found that these kind of traders don't take very kindly to people accidentally spilling tea, coffee, juice etc on their goods whilst trying to get past them. I have also seen one of them pack up and leave due to their being a terrible smell around his stall...was as if someone had been targeting that specific area with stink bombs or something...terrible behaviour, really.
  31. Me and my 2 kids - they're 34 and 29 though so can I take them back after the game please?
