  1. Overall a good performance looking more of a goal threat than last season new boys bedding in well thought Carson looked good comfortable on the ball maybe that's his position macgregor did well too todorov took his goal well as did white think this could be a good year??
  2. Three assists from Tom Walsh today, I think we have a more balanced squad this season.
  3. Could and should have been 7or8 today but for raith hanging in and some poor finishing. Caley were able to up the tempo when required. Some good performances- Walsh again the main man- one mazy run of his going past three raith players and only a fine save stopping a really good goal.
  4. Of the new players, I thought Carson did very well playing out of position. Vincent started quietly but grew into the game. Keatings was taking corners and free kicks and was quite ambitious with some. Todorov is very similar to White and took his goal well. Curry did not get much time but looked lively. Great to see MacGregor get game time. He lifted things when he came on. Tremarco took a knock after a disgraceful high tackle that went unpunished, but played on so hopefully ok. Donaldson took a sore one too but seemed ok. I don’t think Doran is fully fit, but he took his goal well. With a long injury list already, some youngsters should get game time. I’d start MacGregor on Tuesday.
  5. Wasnt at the game but really pleased Todorov got a goal. Seems to be a really hard worker and the kind of player that suits ICT. We like a player with maybe a point to prove and let's hope he's found the right club for him and he can continue to do well for us.
  6. Don't you just love the smell of fresh cut grass ?
  7. Good idea - With all our draws we would only have been 4 points behind the Arabs last season and not 9 points !!

This is not a merger argument...it's not even an argument IMO...it's about people expressing an opinion that the club has failed to properly recognise the clubs roots in both strips released for our 25th Anniversary. Regardless of how good, bad or indifferent you think the strip is as a design...it can't be argued that it fairly represents the club's roots. Also...why do we need to bury the events and histories of the clubs sacrificed to bring ICTFC into existence? To try and do so is utterly disrespectful to those on all sides at the time, to those who moved forward and worked tirelessly to try and ensure it was a success and even to those who decided not to follow ICTFC. The solution is pretty simple....FAIRLY represent the 109 or so years of history from BOTH the pre-merger clubs. Do that and the constantly recurring "they get more recognition than them" issue goes away and all fans...young and old alike...can properly embrace all 134ish years of history. One Great Club - Three Great Histories Let's celebrate it, not obliterate it.
  9. I am surprised no mention of Vincent I thought he was immense

Seeing the new kit in the flesh for the first time today, left me totally underwhelmed. It must be the most unimaginative design we have ever had, even eclipsing the deplorable league cup final one. I wonder who had the final say so on the design? Their judgement leaves a lot to be desired in our 25th year.
  11. Very much a mix of untidy play, missed opportunities and sheer brilliance, I would add Vincent to the Cat's list of standouts he worked really hard intercepting as well as pushing the forward line. Aye it could be a really good season for us if we get our side established. Well done ICT
  12. We were in complete control to begin with but Raith got a foothold before half time. Raith keeper struggled with crossed balls, think he was their 3rd choice. Just a pup. Liked the look of Carson, Vincent became more influential over the game and McGregor looked very tidy. Definitely room for improvement but a good solid base. I will take a 4-1 home victory over anyone.
  13. 23 shots with 14 on target according to the bbc sport app, at least we seem to be having a go this season.
  14. Here are Berwick Rangers last ten results in competitive games,, a period that saw them relegated from the League. Berwick score first. 0-6 0-7 0-3 0-2 0-3 0-5 0-3 0-6 0-2 0-1 I’m sure going viral made up for it.

Think the new kit pretty popular going by the number being worn in North Stand today. A lot of youngsters wearing it too.
  16. Brilliant result gives us hope in getting to the last 16. Pretty comfortable win in the end Rovers gave us a scare when they equalised but we responded really well kept our heads up & got the win we needed. Tom Walsh was MOTM & well deserved IMO. I was in the Raith Rovers end for the 1st half & some of the fans were slagging of his haircut when he was taking corners & saying he was crap reckon Walsh had the last laugh as he tore them apart. The whole team did well & did a professional job good to see White Doran Donaldson & Todorov scoring. Was a Brillant ball from Vincent to Walsh for our 3rd goal & it was a great cross from Walsh to find Doran who made no mistake as he hit the back of the net.
  17. Another Walsh assist and Todorov header.
  18. I'll take a 3-1 lead playing iffy any day of the week.
  19. Please tell me you will be attending all games this season. You have a clear and effective influence on the team.
  20. An excellent third from Doran!
  21. Well finished by Donaldson. Both goals headers from corners. We need to build on it now!
  22. Good strong team performance the order of the day ?
  23. That would be disrespectful to Peterhead - they played well at containing us in the first half and used attack as their defence in the second half as we started with three at the back. Their keeper was solid. A number of Kilmarnock supporters are potentially heading to Belgrade because they assumed it was easy to beat the part timers from Wales. Make no mistake about it, Peterhead have some talented players backed up by some experienced ones.
  24. We have enough at the back. Get them forward and score goals. Let's not focus on defence my opinion is that we are fine. Question for forward dudes is are you up for it ? We are supremely placed for a right good go. Step up and rule supreme..the ball requires to be in the net... call me old fashioned..Mon the caley...
  25. I really wish him well there. Who knows, and I’ve had a few beers, could we see a Scotland midfield one day comprising Polly alongside Ryan Christie and Graeme Shinnie? May sound far fetched, but after recent results they would do a better job!

New first choice top is overwhelmed by the size of the McEwan Fraser writing. That and the pattern put me off buying it. I'd much rather have the 25th Anniversary one , if available for sale, but not until August apparently. Once again the late availability meant missed opportunities to sell to the youngsters who wanted to wear them when away on their hols these last two weeks.

    ? Faint praise indeed.
  28. A good read. We've had some good and bad social media over the years. The commentary of eurovision stands out as a low point, while the commentary from the 2015 semi final was great.

    Very well put!
  30. If we don’t get a grip we will lose this!
  31. Deluded. You really do believe the general nonsense you spout
