He doesn't mention the Caley / Thistle merger which IMO is a fantastic example of a merger, however painful at the time, working.

Talks a lot of sense though this fella. The two divisions of 16 is something that i think would completely revamp scottish footy and give it the shot in the arm that it really needs.
