Great game for the neutral - less so if you are an ICT fan  :007:

I thought we played really, really well in the first half going forward.  Some slick passing (on the deck no less) and good movement.

The defending however was simply dreadul. Schoolboy stuff. The first 2 Killie goals were shockers to give away. What was our keeper doing for there 2nd??

Didn't think we were as effective in the second half but we still had our moments. Just a shame we didn't test there keeper as much as he looked really dodgy today.

Wilson has seriously gone off the boil. however, think he could do with a rest

So despite playing better than we have done for a long, long time its another defeat. Football is a cruel game sometimes  :009:

WE MUST BEAT DUNFERMLINE NEXT WEEK - SIMPLE AS

Guest Suspicious Mind

Looked like Brazil for the first 35 mins and were 2-1 down!

Rankin and Wyness looked like SPL players for the first time in a long while and Blackie was more interested in the ball than the man. Where did it all go wrong?

Can't be too critical, but even forgetting his role at the penalty, Zander didn't contribute. A strange substitution at 3-3 whwm they were beginning to call the shots. I agree with taking Baz off but thought the call may have been to put Peds on to try to get a grip in the middle again. Very difficult game to throw on a young lad like Zander and hope it doesn't damage him.

Best game I've seen in a long while at TCS and elsewhere.

Ticket price was good value today but who wouldn'y swap it for a "backs to the wall" 1-0 win?

Aye, sore one to take. fair play to Killie, they always like to have a go at us up here but we kinda shot ourselves in the foot undoing the brilliant early work we did in this game. Lot has been said about our defence playing poorly, but in all honesty Killie played a big part in the goals and maybe more credit to them for that. Brown was not really at fault for the goals, hard one to take when Nish sclaffed his shot through Broonies legs, chit happens. The first was a decent corner, a good near post knock on, and Naisnith was the only one to react, goal, simple as that. Denzil and Dargo were on fire for the first 45 and could and should have scored a couple more. Great movement, stepovers, dummies, dribbles, we saw it all and Denzil especially almost scored a beauty having done the spadework himself with a couple of scoops and dummies and double shuffles, unfortunately Smith made a good block, life. He also made an outstanding save from Blacks point blank header in the second half, more misery for us. Twenty minutes to get the equaliser but it just didn't happen. Draw would have been fair enough, defeat was hard to take.  No complaints performance wise, just the result :019:
