  1. It's a little bit funny, this feeling inside I'm not one of those who can easily hide I don't have much money, but boy if I did I'd buy a big house where we both could live If I was a sculptor, but then again, no Or a man who makes potions in a traveling show I know it's not much, but it's the best we can do Our gift is our flag, and this one's for you And you can tell everybody this is your flag It may be quite simple, but now its almost done I hope you don't mind, I hope you don't mind but we added some words I hope that you like it displayed to the world
  2. Just to make sure we didn't fall foul of any rules, I ran the designs past the SPFL and they've come back with a few alterations that need us to make....
  3. I think I might buy the Highland News for a change this week. I'm sure they will have something to say. I would have thought it was entirely reasonable for private owners of property to close off access to their property when they no longer require the access themselves. I know that at other times when their staff have required access they have found it difficult to park because of football fans parking there. If you park on private property when you have no business with the owners of that property then you do so at your own risk. If they then lock their property when they leave and your car happens to be in there then that's just too bad. If people want to use a car park close to the ground they can always use the club car park. Not only will the gates be open at the end of the match, the parking charge will make a welcome contribution to the club's coffers. But make sure you bring your wellies.
  4. Well done lads - job done. Credit to Stranraer fans for making the trip on a night like this...
  5. Is it true we've been allocated the bottom left hand corner of the inside back page...?
  6. You mean like they or the police let people going to Ness Bank Church park anywhere they like along the Haugh or the Riverside on a Sunday morning, the only difference being that this obstructs traffic while parking on the verge at the stadium doesn't? 12th man - the OPINION that people can park on private property when they like and at the same time also deprive the owners of that property of the right to operate it as they choose, such as by closing gates, is nonsense!
  7. 12:30 again on a sunday and again because of the rugby. Do these people in Glasgow never learn? Someone needs a serious word with them, and I've got every sympathy with united fans. Edited to add it's even worse than our fiasco because its an England game they have scheduled for 3pm!
  8. we hope to make an announcement abot trains in the very near future

I have made arrangements with a venue in Rutherglen. I have spoken with ICT and there shall be 3 buses sent to this venue. Same idea as the semi and spread them out. This will be around 150-160 people so there is room for another 40 or so people. If people who want to attend could please PM me and I will sort out numbers. The venue itself will open at 1130. I cant comment on drink times. It is a 2 mile walk to the ground but I have also made arrangement for mini buses to take people to the game. These are paid for on the day, the venue itself is free. For those who are using public transport I will give you details in the PM. Thanks
  10. We saw that as well. Looked like he was sarcastically having a go at someone in the main stand. Players can only take so much slating. Maybe it's the same people big g was talking about on a previous post :) no doubt some will say they should accept it but some of the vitriol and crap aimed at the players is ludicrous. Good on Richie I say for letting them know. I thought he was applauding Yogi's decision to take Draper off
  11. It was loud and clear over the internet. Best not to go via iPlayer, rather the BBC Scotland website: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/scottish/ Sportsound commentaries are usually listed there - just wish they'd add a Billy Dodds mute option.
  12. I fink that you may be doing the rebel a disservice and misread his post.
  13. I think it is quite good that we now have a little while before we play at home going by all the accounts of the state of the pitch. Listened to the game and it didnt sound brilliant but in the cup against lower league opposition it doesn't matter how you do it, you just make sure you get the job done. We have to improve against better sides but we have to adapt to every single match that will never be the same. We played some great stuff and somehow failed to win on sat but tonight we had to struggle through but we did and i think for me that is a very good positive about this team. Lets not kid ourselves Stranraer are lower than us and are part time but part time teams do work hard to make sure they can compete and after having such a great season so far they were full of confidence and lets face it with nothing to lose; it was always a potential bananna skin. It wasnt just tonight the first leg was also a battle but the media can slate us all they like ever the performance, crowd or the pitch nobody will give an absolute donkeys if we lift the trophy in May. As i like to say you have to be in it to win it and we most certainly are.
  14. Excellent - some more pennies for the coffers.... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26264381
  15. I think that's one section round from where we normally sit and has no pillars in the way or restricted view.
  16. Was gonna hold off and just go to see us in the Scottish cup final but suppose better attend both if we're doing the double.
  17. I don't know anything about the organising of buses I was just wondering why they couldn't hire some from another bus company.
  18. Buses are always available at a price tbh. Are folk willing to pay megabucks tho? Also has to be someone in charge not as easy as just booking a bus. Did have someone tell me his pub trying to get a bus and can't?
  19. It's a Cup Final ffs there is no need for a singing section the whole ICT end should be singing Dougal

Considering CJT are the fans and are likely to stump up the shortfall as well as subsidise the buses I see no reason why they shouldn't have their logo. I also know that CJT have been looking into getting a flag long before this current idea came to fruition. As for the Thistle badge........Its a perfect perch for that dumb eagle
  21. According to the ICTFC Twitter info will be released tomorrow about how / when to buy tickets.
  22. I'll check, but I actually think the money/profit from the car parks may go into the ICTFC Community Development Charity. In regards to parking at New Century House. You parked somewhere you shouldn't have and someone decided to get a bit of payback...shit happens, get over it.
  23. Great- hopefully we can bring enough support to expand into the upper section.
  24. Delighted that our support will be all housed together in the LL stand.
  25. because D&E probably can only give us 10. Not forgetting that Aberdeen fans will have supporters buses from Inverness too. If we had to get more buses then we'd have to hire from lower in Scotland which would be costly.
  26. It's testament to the idiocy of the SPFL and Doncaster et al. that such an obvious plan for ticketing arrangements was botched so publicly.
  27. Get down in time. Park at the stadium. Benefit the club by three quid. Share a car if you can. Be patient at the end. Simples...
  28. Don't suppose there'll be any BBC/ICT/YouTube highlights of the game published soon? My missus was quite bemused by me remaining in my car for 20mins or so after my football match last night to listen to 810mw to hear the match conclusion! There really needs to be an online facility for 810mw coverage.
  29. Thought he was just clapping....?

Why include the CJT and CTO logo's? They are not football clubs! The red and blue background with the ICT badge looks just fine without any other blurb.
  31. Do you think the Courier will run a story about it on Friday ?
  32. A number of fans parked in The Inverness Courier car park which was locked during the course of the game so, obviously, no one could get out at full time.
  33. because he is a #$!!@*!
  34. gingerjaggy, you last sentence sums it up!
