  1. We've only won 3 of our last 12 matches, but my goodness, we chose the right 3!
  2. Great idea you could maybe have David Ravens pic in a pet shop, Ross Draper in a curtain fabric shop and Richie and Aarons pic in the police station  Josh's hand in the Celtic shop
  3. Tickets bought over the phone - got to choose which stand, which section and which row - all done and dusted within 3 minutes of picking up the phone. Great service and experience - well done to all at the ticket office - cheers
  4. What an absolutely bizarre side topic we have here in regards to moans about the waiting times at the stadium. Appears to me that those complaining weren't there and weren't affected by it....essentially having a moan on behalf of people who may have had reason to moan, but aren't...!! In regards to orders taken over the phone. I believe that if you phoned the number instructed (0844 847 1888) then you would have been told where your tickets were for...these calls were being handled by the Ticketmaster call centre. If you phoned the stadium then any available staff were taking written orders to be processed by ticket sales staff later. As they did not have system access, then they would have been unable to allocate your tickets at the time of the call. So, it wasn't just 2 staff dealing with ticket sales...it was in fact ALL available members of staff who were working on it, just not all of them in the ticket office itself. Considering they also had match preparations ahead of tonight's game to handle as well as other day to day operations, I think they're (once again) doing a pretty remarkable job all in all.
  5. Great idea you could maybe have David Ravens pic in a pet shop, Ross Draper in a curtain fabric shop and Richie and Aarons pic in the police station  Josh's hand in the Celtic shop Warren also in the pet shop (rabbit department) and Kink in HMV.
  6. Very impressed with the Club's handling of ticket sales and service. Phoned Club yesterday morning for tickets, details taken and tickets arrived this morning. Well done to all concerned !
  7. Your arms are good but your footwork is all wrong. It's step and tap step and tap left leg swing then right leg swing. You won't get away with that moves in the den.
  8. What a bloody awful night for football, a goal down after 2 minutes.........................but the rest just brilliant....................well done to the team
  9. What a night!!!!!! got absolutely soaked through walking to the ground and was still wet by the end but the result more than made up for it,What a strike by Danny Williams, simply superb, a great result and thoroughly deserved, great time to be an ICT fan, :ictscarf:
  10. Danny Williams was a stand out tonight and capped his performance with a tremendous dipping volley. The surface suited his darting runs and he was creaming the United players. We were deservedly cruising and Ofere should have scored a second, but knocked it wide. United made us sweat a bit at the end but we held firm.
  11. Well done ICT, I said it was going to be a cracker and I don't think I was far wrong.....great result, we may not be top but we are the best!!!
  12. My hubby didn't care how long the queue was for his tickets he would have waited any length of time (he waited from 9.50 to 10.45 at front of queue) as he has waited 21 years for caley thistle to be in the final. Nothing is going to stop him going
  13. Best pies ever served!
  14. Great news. Its pleasing to know the backroom staff are pros too. The Council ran an easter egg hunt with egg pictures in shop windows, would it be viable to have an Ict player hunt with a picture of an ICT player in various shop windows. Collect 11 of the full squad and enter a prize draw and a goody bag for entrants. Dependant on funding
  15. I did.. I had money on us winning 3-1.
  16. Williams scored against Aberdeen in a 1-0 victory i seem to recall
  17. Devine scored against Raith, I believe (header at the far post from a corner). Highlights here: Looks like devine was pretty unlucky with the backpass and Esson did well to beat Ciftci to it. What a miss by Ofere at the beginning of the 2nd half! Glad we didn't live to regret that!
  18. I think I'd rather we got Eddie signed up on a new deal E4C. Billy's made his bed...
  19. As much as I am a great admirer of David Raven who has been dependale all season, that was some performance by Josh Meekings at right back. His surging runs, pace and delivery from wide areas caused Utd problems all night. Best bit of business JH ever did getting Josh to extend his contract.

We lose 1-0 to Dundee. We lose 2-0 to Utd We lose 4-0 to Celtic Saints and Utd draw Utd beat Dundee by a goal Utd would finish above us on GD. Not the most outrageous set of results.
  21. Great performance by Danny Williams, deserved his MOM. Thought the guys did well to zip the ball around in those conditions a few interesting tackles now and again, due to conditions I expect! Just need to secure a result on Saturday, the guys seemed well focussed on getting over the line and achieving the 3rd place. What a season and it aint over yet

After tonight's superb win, we are now just one win away from securing 3rd spot. On Saturday our two challengers play each other in Perth. Should they draw then a draw for us at Dundee would be enough. Another pressure game against Utd would be hard and we can't expect to get anything against Celtic (who will have a point to prove) so it really is important to get 3rd spot secured at Dundee on Saturday. Another performance like tonight's and Dundee will find it hard to live with us.
  23. You were looking miserable when you arrived but your smile said it all at the end
  24. The best game I've seen at TCS for some while. Fantastic performance in very difficult conditions. I was disappointed with the starting line up thinking it looked rather negative but we actually played a much more positive game than usual with the lads looking to get forward at every opportunity and pressing the opposition hard. Hughes was saying the right things yesterday about the importance of this game and it showed in the comittment of the players. Whilst Utd were better than many teams we have failed to beat this year, it was clear that our lads wanted it more. Nobody had a poor game but Williams and Vincent were the two who stood out today. Mention also to Meekings who was excellent at right back and had a number of good runs down the flank. Also Devine who performed very well after his nightmare start when a backpass got caught in standing water. But a couple of little gripes. Why do we persist in quickly taken short free kicks around the half way line which tend to peter out into nothing? Why not get the ball in the box and put some pressuire on the opponents' goal? Secondly, we need to be better at retaining the ball when holding a lead at the end. Of course the big hoof is sometimes the safe option but we should be looking keep hold of the ball in the latter stages. We gave them the opportunity to put some pressure on us but fortunately they couldn't take advantage and we held on for a thoroughly deserved and extremely important win.
  25. Just come in having been out for the evening and not able even to sneak a look at my phone. I'll enjoy my nightcap even better now. What a great result. Well done to all concerned. 3rd place is within our grasp. Let's make sure of it by winning at least 2 of our remaining games and not depending on favours from others. A truly remarkable effort by our wee club Onwards and upwards.
  26. Steady Eddie had another good game and thought Josh was superb at right back looked keen to get forward all night.
  27. First time watching the ICTFC twitter feed - absolutely loving it: wipes the floor with BBC text updates! Can't wait to see Williams' "best goal ever seen by a human!"
