May I say a BIG thank you to our trusty away supporters who follow the team around Scotland, over hill and dale, through thick and thin, to keep cheering the boys on. Despite all that is going on at home, a win today would do wonders for morale in the team and the away fans can hopefully help this to happen. Hopefully they will also find it in their hearts to give DF a wee cheer for his 'voluntary work' with the club. Best of luck to the team today - keeping the faith. C'mon Caley7 points

Is there nothing this club can do right. Did anyone make an assessment as to how many people might want to turn up, then add press and other interested parties then come up with a venue to suit? Instead they have capped numbers and hoped for the best. They owe fans, shareholders, season ticket holders answers to some searching questions. This might be their way of trying to limit that!!! Seriously not good enough.3 points
-
This really isn’t good enough. There should have been priority for season ticket holders and shareholders - or they should have used a bigger venue, even if it cost money. They are asking people to shell out cash to help them to survive and they haven’t even made adequate arrangements to accommodate these people.3 points
-
Can the club get nothing right these days? I appreciate there is a lot going on but this seems another mistake. There should have been priority groups or a bigger venue.3 points

After watching our latest capitulation I've resigned myself to administration. We're going down with this clown in charge so we might as well take the point deduction and wipe the slate clean. Morrison in the Director's box today got a "warm" reception from the away support....read the room Ross!2 points

Ferguson and Bollan have been in charge of a full time team for 14 months, They train the players with motivation and tactics day in day out. You might have noticed we score very few goals, If we could score 1 goal per 6 chances we would not have been relegated. We play mostly part time teams with a pro squad and we still can't score. The buck rests with the manager. And yes i am annoyed and frustrated with the shitfest on and off the park. " We can’t counter attack we have no pace in the team. We get up to the full backs and no one can go past them to the bye line." You have answered your question.2 points

It’s OK Snorbens…. it’s Dougal…. it’s just the kind of bitter and frustrated curmudgeonliness from him that we have all come to know and expect. Cut the poor soul a bit of slack since there’s clearly not much else in his life if you deprive him of the anonymous abuse on here which is his only opportunity to feel as if he has achieved something.2 points

Down to 9th. Remember, folks - especially on Monday night - that the Board's financial projection for this season assumes that we will finish in 2nd place2 points

Thank you to everyone who took time to submit advance questions for the meeting on Monday night. These have been forwarded to the club in the hopes that at least some of them might be able to be answered in advance. They have been added to our website and this will be updated with answers as we receive them. https://www.ictsupporterstrust.org/post/supporters-questions Regarding the meeting I do know that the club are actively working to remove some of the new accounts to make more tickets available for our own supprt who do actually want to attend the meeting. Now let's see if we can score some goals and take 3 points up the road tonight2 points

A section of the main stand (and the use of a mic) seems a logical solution to me. I have emailed the Supporters Trust urging them to have communication with the club about the issue especially since it's now very apparent that fans from another club may have a significant number of the tickets which is just not right. The club limited purchase of Scottish cup final tickets to people with accounts before a certain date (a poor decision in my opinion which limited our support on the day). So it is possible and on this occasion I think a similar scheme should have been implemented. Given what we now know about fans from another club trying to reduce the attendance on the night, surely the issue must be looked at again between now and Monday night.2 points

Could they not just open a section of the main stand so that everybody who wants to attend can?2 points

We really can’t assume that. Mark Ridgers has offered his signed cup final gloves to help raise funds, Ryan Christie has been suggested to be the £20k donor, and some of the anonymous donors may well be players, former players or others associated with the club who understandably don’t want their names to be shown on the list we can see.1 point

I'm sure the articles could be rewritten if it was agreed . Moneys no use sitting there if there's not a club to support . Fully understand and appreciate that the trust has and continues to do good things for the club it's more so the money that's sitting there collecting interest which the club could be doing with now which was where my question came from. Is there any one on the trusts board that could confirm exactly how much money is in the stronger together fund ?1 point
-
Just out of interest is or have the supporters trust made a donation? Not calling anyone out just asking the question as they had a fund didn't they which was to put money into the club ... the time is now is it not ?1 point

Having got home and had time to reflect. £200k, £2m, £2.50. The value is irrelevant, you can’t buy desire and a will to win. We just don’t have either.1 point

I’ll be getting paid at the end of this month, I’m not too sure our players will. I wonder if this affects performance at all? They certainly have more important things to think about. I don’t really get the whole full time part time thing at the moment. These clubs can cherry pick the best of the part time players while we get what ever we can afford. Falkirk were in this league for about 6 years as a full time team and they are a bigger club than us. Without the financial difficulties it would probably still be hard to go straight back up at the first attempt. That’s not where we are though, we are facing administration and our signings for over a year have proven to be not good enough.1 point

Thanks for the reply. The question was what tactics would YOU suggest. Not seeing that answer anywhere. Are you a politician by any chance.1 point

Why on Earth do people see his posts when there is a block function. It's patently obvious he's not an ICT fan, so why bother? He's such an obvious troll.1 point

That's us down to the playoff position! When will donut Ferguson realise it's his tactics that are failing. Jeez this is getting worse. I can see you are annoyed but how does missing chances, hitting the post twice, losing a goal, losing the game fall on the manager. we got in a striker, who hit the post 2nd half , it's down to the players when they cross the line. Are some of them good enough for league 1 level? 55 to 45 possession to us. 11 shots to 4 to us. 3 on target to their 2. Bit of a clue there what tactics would you suggest. We can’t counter attack we have no pace in the team. We get up to the full backs and no one can go past them to the bye line. go to Dodds ball, hoof ball I think most would agree he is playing his strongest 11 available every week.1 point

Just stop the procrastinating and put the club in administration. Ferguson will have us relegated anyway, without the 15 point deduction!1 point

If Ferguson would maybe stay at home and donate us his fuel money towards our 200k he’d be killing 2 birds with one stone . His coaching and tactics are certainly killing us big time . .1 point

First Half An early shout for a penalty in the first minute when Watson brought down debutant Charlie Reilly but nothing given. A recycled ball after a corner in the eighth minute offered Paul Allan a chance but Aidan McAdams somehow clawed away his header destined for the bottom corner. Charlie Reilly looked eager to please and the keeper had to deny his effort from outside the box. Billy Mckay might have done better after getting behind the defence but the keeper made a good block to deny the ageing striker. Arbroath's first effort of the game came in the 28th minute with a powerful Fraser Taylor shot from the centre of the box but it was straight down Musa Dibaga's throat. Ten minutes before the break, Luis Longstaff was next to have a go after cutting in from the right, but his shot was kept out by McAdams assisted by his post before the resultant corner was cleared. Just before the break Mckay missed the target and Charlie Gilmour had a shot blocked as the visitors finished the half with a flourish having had the better of the first forty-five. To answer of couple of points in threads relating to Monday’s meeting, several of the Trust Board members will be at the meeting. We have also contacted the club about fans of another club possibly getting tickets. The SLO has confirmed that the rogue tickets can be identified and made available again.1 point

I know time is tight, but as the shareholders are the owners of the club, there should probably have been a shareholders meeting followed by an open meeting with priority given to ST holders. It will be interesting to learn just how many of the tickets were obtained by people who have no interest in going.1 point

In other words, a certain amount of the family silver has already been flogged - and the thin end of the wedge there was selling off the Social Club building some years ago to Grassa’s pension fund. That, of course, was a perfectly legitimate transaction, but it also marked the start of the Faustian process which now sees administration as a very real prospect.1 point

No sign of a donation from Bannerman No surprise there then Surely he could gather a few quid from his beloved social club or the blue and red phone box down the Longman Dougal0 points

Yes it's so disappointing that there seems to have been no priority given to those in the categories you listed and no doubt many true fans will miss out, potentially because of those who are clearly trying to make it a non event.0 points

It cannot be said often enough that there is no guarantee that the club would survive administration. Yes, the administrators would try to prevent the club from going under. But if they can't come to a deal with its creditors, or find a buyer, then if the club can't pay its debts it gets liquidated. We know that without £200K by the 16th, the club will be in that situation exactly, i.e. insolvent. Given the sums of money - the debts - that have been mentioned over the last few weeks , together with fact that the club appears to have very few assets which could be sold, then liquidation must be a very real possibility.-1 points

Hmm - tickets seem to be sold out now, or should I say, given out. I would hope there was some system to prevent buckie-swillers like the above from snapping them up, e.g tickets only available to supporters with a connection to ICT (season ticket holders, share holders, match ticket purchaser database for example)-1 points
