no - it is "frequent updates" - basically similar to open all mics but with music in between instead of talk.

MFR today is the best quality of radion reception I have picked up since coming out here. Only catch is it's mostly general chat about everything but the game. Suppose thats one of the perils of relegation.

you cant really. looks like Don may also have a problem with coverage for Twitter so no updates appearing at the moment.

MFR are giving updates on all Highland clubs which includes all the Highland League. Not quite as manic as open all mics

of the live update services, I have had to remove a few that dont seem to be doing it now we are in the first, and am seriously considering making SportBox our main info site ..... SKY seems to be crappy this week, team lineups not there until a few minutes in, and no mention of either booking .... not sure if this is a sign of things to come but if it is we will suggest sportbox instead of SKY.
