Thanks only to the SPFL looking out for their prized big central belt team we are not already through as group winners. 

We will likely qualify as a best second-placed team even if we lose on Sunday (in any case, we will know this by the time we play as the other groups will conclude on Saturday).

If we win or draw, we win the group and send Hearts packing which would be very sweet and would ensure our unbeaten run stretching back to mid-March continues.

Seems weird that in these straitened times a club is determined to turn away walk up business. Funny way to run a club. They are not seriously suggesting there is a security issue, are they?

Bad enough when Hearts used to do this for league matches, but it was their money to lose. However given that this is a cup game for which we are due a split of the gate, then ICTFC should not be allowing it.

I am thinking 5 to 1 is worth a pop. The bookies are guessing at this stage of the season. I see no reason to suggest that we are that inferior. the money is going down

 That was my conclusion too. Losing by 3 would take us down to Partick’s GD of +3 but we have scored more than them which is the next criteria used.

From SPLstats: Hearts don't win: ICT & Thistle through. Hearts win by 1-3 goals: Hearts & ICT through. Hearts win by 4+ goals: Hearts and Thistle through.

Too late for me. With uncertainty about tickets we decided to head straight back to Inverness from Ayr and not via Edinburgh. Will just watch it on BT Sport.

This will be our biggest game so far but I think we can get a draw. I don't normally watch football on tv but looking forward to the game.

Worse communication than us. Hopefully, they will end the group stage with a worse points total than us to go with it.

So you put off people going to see a game and increasing the gate, and then, when it is too late, tell them they could have come. What way is that to run a club.  If that is the case ICT should lodge a complaint against them, if there is a way of doing that.

I have bought last minute tickets at Tynie on several occasions. They NEVER announce this but evidently climb down at the last minute when there a loads of seats available. It is Hearts that we should be having a pop at. Cant complain becos they will just say that it is their rule but they would say that they were understanding on the day.
