Anyone live in Ullapool or have knowledge of their summer events?

I went up there with a few mates last summer and stumbled upon some sort of annual summer festival which I think was called 'Party on the Pier'. My memories of the night include a '3-legged-fancy-dress-pub-crawl-quiz' which was incredible.

I've tried to find information about it this summer, but there's very little to be found on the internet. I've been told by a West Coaster that I know that it should be 11th July... but i'm looking for something a little more concrete.

Anyone have any accurate information?

Thanks for that! I'm thinking the 'Round the Pier, Summer's here' is the event i'm thinking of.
